Really neither of these companies gave me any outrageous quote and all were very nice people. But when I met Jesse and Dustin it was a personal decision, I just really liked them and felt so comfortable with them. I will never regret this decision. They started working on the pool a week after Christmas and it was ready to go in the spring. They would have been finished earlier, however, we had rain every other day. Dustin was here with his crew every day starting early in the AM and finishing late each day it was not raining. I cannot say enough nice things about Dustin, Jesse, Mitchell and everyone involved!! Watching Dustin work is amazing - he is a perfectionist!!!! I know I can call them anytime and they will answer questions or take care of any problem! Needless to say our pool is beautiful and we enjoy thoroughly!

We visited another retailer first that advertises heavily on local TV. I told the guy I wanted to…read moreunderstand which was the best quality hot tub and why. He did not listen one iota, he kept talking about why I would save SO much money on buying g one from them, also I better make a $350 reservation fee because they where flying of the shelves! Well... we were not impressed with the obvious lack of product knowledge and decided to try Hot Springs. I was not impressed walking up or in to the store, it's fairly small and they only had maybe 6-7 ones on display. But then we were created by their sales representative Randall Long. Very quickly it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He could answer all my questions and when I said I wanted a salt water spa he was super informed about that as well. (Other place said that was just a terrible solution) We have now our new spa installed, it is beautiful and it works wonders as well as deliver fun. I am so happy we decided to come to this place!

The second and last time we used Foster's the owner, the older gentlemen, delivered our hot tub. We paid for the hot tub to be delivered and put on our back porch. It was supposed to be an easy delivery. We have a screened in back porch and we measured to make sure the hot tub would go through the door and it would fit. The older gentleman informed us that it would not fit through the door and left the tub in the drive way. We had to find a way to move the hot tub onto the back porch.

Communication is horrible, once you sign the contract they just drag their feet. Its been a…read morenightmare to have them come and fix anything. They do not do anything themselves its all contracted out and the contractors dont speak English. We now do not have step markers and have a cinderblock retaining wall that was supposed to be concrete poured with the deck because of a "communication error" which seems to be their go to for everything that is missed. Our ladder does not sit flush to the pool. Cracked coping that they state they wont replace, that was cracked when they placed it. They added several new returns and shut offs and did not educate us on how it changes the way we vacuum our pool until we had an issue and then we got a text explaining how it works. This list goes on. They are more concerned about money than anything. Before the pool was complete they were asking for final payment when their contract clearly states "final payment due at time of completion". Our pool did turn out beutiful, but it was a nightmare to get it there. If you are renovating a pool I would suggest finding a different company.
