I wasn't used to the attendant at the kiosk. I pulled all the way up wanting to pay for my own wash, but then the attendant came out of nowhere and was asking me questions. I don't really need another person to help with paying. I can do all that myself. I was hoping for extravagant colors while going through the car wash, but instead I got nothing. It was just no lights at all. I requested that my tires get shined, guess what, I wasn't given what I paid for. Also, this is the most expensive car wash I've been to. I am used to getting the basic wash for $8, but the basic washes are much more than that and does a terrible job. It just isn't worth it. I won't be coming back here again.

She thought it was stolen. Went through all of that to get a new plate, called the police and reported it stolen. Next time she went in the carwash, they came to her and said, oh, we have your license plate. If that front arm/equipment doesn't damage cars, why did her plate get torn off her car and why do they have SOOOOO Many other cars' plates that get ripped off their cars? This is a fully automated, chain-pulley system. Obviously, the chain snapped, trapping several vehicles inside the wash and even more waiting in cue. The Manager and on-duty staff swiftly assessed the situation, cleared the vehicles and issued everyone a credit for a future wash. We were very impressed with the professionalism and timely manner in which the situation was rectified. It is unfortunate that the company will have to pay for that SUVs attempt for a few more moments of blow dry.
