We have a fenced in yard and a dog and Men in Kilts were more than aware that they needed to be thoughtful in keeping our gate closed as to not let our dog out. We had a scheduled appointment for them to come and uninstall the Christmas light but they missed it. When we called to find out why, they said they didn't see it on their schedule but would come out the next day. We had a trip already scheduled that day and were going to be out of town but said if they would be sure to keep the gate closed as to not let our dog out, then they could come. They agreed. The next day when they came to take down our Christmas lights, they did leave the gate open and our dog wandered out the gate. They didn't notice. Fifteen minutes later, when our dog came back the gate was shut and while she tried to get back into the yard, she couldn't. Men in Kilts still were not aware she was out of our yard and continued to take down the lights. Our dog wandered off again, not being able to get back into the yard. Men in Kilts, completed the job and head back to their truck to pack up and leave. It was at this time that they finally saw our dog out of her hard. They proceeded to chase her, standing in the entrance to the gate that they had now opened. Their chasing her around our courtyard scared her and she ran out of the courtyard and down a near by street, never to be seen again. We only found out about this because a neighbor had texted us that two men in kilts were chasing our dog around the shared courtyard. We did not get a call from the Men in Kilt contractor. When we called the local Men in Kilts local office to find out what was going on, they were not aware either and they would get back to us. Our dog has now been lost for over two weeks. We have never heard back from the local Men in Kilts office. They never got back to us like they said they would and they have never apologized for the incident. DO NOT use this company. They were made very aware of the circumstances and should have either taken the proper precautions or told us they needed to wait until we were home. They also should have had more respect and gotten back to us since we have been a repeat customer. I don't find their lack of response or behavior to be professional at all and I want to warn others to beware.

At that time, I was charged $255 (my window washer recently provided me with the receipt). The following year, I went through a different company, hired by my painter, called the Pressure Wash Pros., and they charged $95. In the fall of 2015, I went through my window washer, and he contacted Top Gun again. He did not ask for an estimate (mistake!), assuming their rate would be about the same. About 3 months later, I was contacted by someone at Top Gun, indicating that I had not paid my bill, despite them having mailed me several bills (I hadn't received anything). I asked how much it would be, and she informed me that I owed $700!!! So they had almost tripled their cost over 2 years for the same service!! It actually had been less than the same service, because my window washer had washed the inside porch himself with his own equipment, before his equipment failed (he charged $60 for this). I gave her my email address, but still did not receive a bill. About 2 months later, I received a call from "Amber" that my account was past due. I called her and she informed me that my bill had been discounted to $575. When I explained that I felt that I shouldn't even have to pay that amount, considering what I had paid before, she said she'd speak to an account manager. The next day, I received a curt email from her, stating that I still owed $575, and that my account was past due, and close to being sent to collections. This was the first time I had ever received a bill! I paid the amount, but am very unhappy, and will NEVER use this company again! Maybe the $95 I paid in 2014 was under market value, but the $700 they initially charged me, and even the $575, was ridiculously above market value! I advise consumers to shop around, always obtain estimates, and to avoid using this opportunistic, unethical company!
