Rich used his incredible creativity to design and build the roof to look like it came as a part of our original house. You cannot tell it is an add-on 17 years after our home was built. It perfectly blends in with the original home and yet it is brand new. We had some unique and challenging requests in what we wanted and Rich's energy and creativity was able to pull it off, just liked we hoped. It came out perfect. I don't know how Rich and his team could have done any better and he kept it all within his original quote, even though he did incur some unexpected expenses. We volunteered to cover some of those extra expenses, because they were not his fault, but he would not let us. He came out to do the measurements and quote, and he was patient in answering all my questions as we did the walk-through. He was also very thorough in answering my follow-up questions about their quote. Homestrong came in with the best price, and as near as I could tell, they were quoting comparable work and materials. I also appreciate that Ben later on consulted with the radon mitigation company that I was working with to make sure the radon system would work well with the encapsulation work. He was knowledgeable about the radon work, too. Jesus G and a co-worker (didn't catch his name) showed up right on time on the day of the work, and they worked hard all day and half of the next day. Jesus was also patient with me and answered my questions throughout the day, and both guys were considerate and flexible. I'm really happy with the work they did.
