I have attended 2 Yoga classes at the studio since moving to the area and have to say I'm glad I don't need to keep trying other studios as I have now found my new fav! The studio is small, only 1 room and probably fits up to 12 people at a time. It's clean with aircon and all supplies are provided. There is a space to keep your belongings and it looks as though there is a cafe/shop attached though I haven't had a chance to check it out as I have only attended at night. They hold classes 7 days a week which is unusual though very good for me and the online booking system is easy to use - no need to worry about cash money on the day! I've only given 4 stars and not 5 because I think there could be room for improvement but would highly recommend this place. read more

Most Relaxing Massage EVER…read more Ayurvedic Wellness Centre is the only place in Sydney that offers traditional ayurvedic treatments. I stumbled across this place when googling for massages in Bondi area. Rita, the manager, first explained what the Deep Relaxation Package (what I signed up for) entailed. She was right ---- I was in for a treat. First, there was a head and shoulder massage in a warm treatment room, while my feet were soaked in a warm foot bath. Then I moved on to the 3000 pound one-piece wood massage table where I enjoyed herbal oil massage for 45 mins. If you are looking for a massage to untie your muscle knots, this is not the place you want to come. This kind of massage is more for de-stressing your body and mind. After the massage, I did the Shirodhara - it is basically a warm steady flow of oil dripping down your forehead (your third eye?) continuously for 45 mins. It was SO relaxing ! I think I dozed off a couple of times. TIP: Make sure you do not have any appointments/ dates after the massage because you would be quite "oily" (even though you would be wiped down with warm wet towels), especially for females ! I had to wash my hair three times later that night to thorouhgly clean my oily hair !

I highly recommend Heather and the rest of the staff at Clear View Therapies. Whenever I have back pain, and unfortunately that's often enough, Heather sorts me out. She can identify the cause of the pain in minutes, spending the rest of the session working out the knots and muscle spasms. At the end of the session I'm pain free, with more mobility that I can remember. Bonus: You can use your extended health cover card when you pay, so you only pay the gap. No more lining up at your extended health cover shop to get your rebate. read more

Heather and her team are fantastic. I suffered lower back and shoulder pain for a while before attending sessions with Heather and the improvement has been huge. I now attend regularly to keep on top of it. The atmosphere is so nice in the rooms from decor to music. If you want to lie and relax you can or if there is anything you want to chat about you can. Excellent massage service! I have very severe neck and back issues and have seen many massage therapists over the years. Heather is one of the few that I trust to work on my neck.
