Everyone I dealt with was professional and answered all questions and provided guidance on dealing with stamped concrete.

He removed nearly 7 years of grime and made them look like the day they were installed. In addition he cleaned our large landscape rocks, a stone bench and other garden accents. He also replaced the gravel between our pavers. Now our garden truly is a woodland paradise at home. Luis also cleaned and treated our roof that due to the tree canopy has a tendency to get moss growing on it. He did a fantastic job removing stains from the shingles and put down a vegetation retardant to prevent new moss growth. In addition he cleaned he cleaned our gutters. On top of that, it had been covered in a solid stain and I wanted to bring back the natural wood grain if possible. I had one contractor come by, and they refused to quote the job, as it would be too large for their crew. The next contractor that came gave me a quote, but it was clear he didn't want to sand and strip the deck, rather preferring to just wash it and put a fresh coat on. I didn't get a good feeling about the attention to detail they would provide. Then Jim from Grand Reflection came out. He's the owner. He's the estimator. He's the lead worker. He explained all of my options and was very honest about the pros and cons to each. He didn't try to sell me the easy solution, but he didn't push the most expensive either. His communication via phone and email was impeccable. He arrived at the times he said he would arrive. If the weather was bad, I got an email or text letting me know it wasn't a good day to work on the deck, and he let me know when he expected to return. Once the contract was signed, nothing changed. His crew of two (he and one other gentleman) came daily. They arrived early and worked late. It was a two week job and he was on site for the full shift each and every day. Jim obviously takes a ton of pride in his craftsmanship. The work itself was tedious and back breaking. No detail was sacrificed. Each board needed sanded. He worked in between the boards with hand tools. Screws and nails needed sunk. He prepped and stained all visible surfaces, and the undersides, and hidden nooks and corners that nobody will ever see! When you care for the areas nobody sees, you are a class act. We are absolutely thrilled with our major deck rehab and restoration and I consider it the pride of our home.

Already had one quote, which did not include roof, from a general contractor. The Wet Jet quote for all work was much more reasonable and included the roof, which the contractor quote did not include. We were able to schedule the job with their company in a timely manner. Wet Jet employees arrived as scheduled, completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up! We are so incredibly happy with the work completed! Our patio and walkways look brand new - and as discussed with Scott, owner of Wet Jet, they were sealed with a highly recommended product that I had already researched. Our twenty year old front porch looks like it was just poured! Quality of work and products used is outstanding! The roof is still wet from cleaning as I write this, but based on quality of work and products used, I believe it will look like new also! Scott advised to give it a week or two and if I am unhappy with anything, his company will comeback out and treat the mold spores again. "Oh, we are running behind, we'll be there in about an hour and a half". The truth is, they slid another job in ahead of us. They should have been finishing at 1:00. That's when they arrived. This disruption to our day was disrespectful and unprofessional. They gave us a $50 credit for our inconvenience. So they washed the house and in the process dislodged a section of soffit cover. When brought to Scott's attention attention, he said he takes property damage very seriously. The crew (2) came back out but didn't know how to repair it. At that point, Scott washed his hands of it. So much for taking property damage seriously. I had to hire someone to repair the soffit. It cost me $200. It took this man longer to remove/replace the ladders on his truck than it took him to fix it. Scott has not offered to reimburse any portion of the $200. Now, onto the windows. Don't waste your money. They left multiple windows with streaks and/or dirt. Again, crickets from Scott.

My mother in return was forced to hire a reputable company.

He noticed right away the chemicals weren't mixing with the wash and after several attempts, he told me he would need to come back. He said he would be back mid week- and sure enough, Josh texted me that he would be arriving at my house. He is a newer business, and was so communicative and genuine, I completely trusted him and I was not let down! When I arrived at my house on Friday, it looked like it had been painted! All the dirt, grime, green, webs, leaves and glop were gone! My house looks stunning! I was awestruck! Not only did the house look amazing but Josh also removed a branch of a tree that was sitting on my roof- he and I had talked about it briefly before he left the first time, and that is going over and above- and much appreciated.
