Two workers removed the majority of the moss and debris, then treated the remainder (which should fall off in about 7-8 months). They also cleaned out our dirty gutters and, best yet, cleaned off our house, windows and walkways/driveway/deck of all the nasty debris that came off the roof (and there was a ton of that!) The employee who showed up tried to charge extra for clearing leaves (which I refused), certainly did not clear the downspouts on the upper roof (I don't know if the gutters were blown clear), and had no replacement filters. I emailed Jeff that I was very unhappy with the service and I must say that Jeff did not respond with denials or resentment. He showed up in person and did not leave until I was satisfied with the job. I was sore tempted to knock off a star for the undesired rigamarole, but Jeff is a man of integrity, and that would not have been fair.
