It has been a little over a year now, but the health department shut our association pool down for several items that were the responsibility of Clearview Poolcare. The pool pump wasn't running, the acid and chlorine reservoirs were bone dry so the feeder pumps weren't running. The power to the pump room had been off for over a month. I only found out when the health department notified me of the violations and that the pool had been shut down. So for at least a month, chemicals were only added manually twice a week. As a result, black mold started to grow on our newly renovated pool. It's also now apparent that their technicians never went in to the pump room (or they might have noticed that there was no power)....the department of health logbook had not been updated. Hector is a nice guy...but was totally irresponsible in caring for our pool. read more

In response to my "false" review. Funny how you can tell a person's character by the words they choose. False being the key term here is your opinion and not fact. Clearly the contractor vented his frustrations on you and set us up by referring your services. That contractor broke the pump while moving it and was upset that we held him accountable for it and were deducting the cost from his unfinished job. He calls you to fix it and plants "oh and be careful they owe me money" into your head. Birds of a feather... tell yourself that you are an honest businessman. Your other "false" reviews on Yelp speak for themselves. No need reply. read more

The only reason they received a one star is because their technician does a great job. I had an issue with them missing a week and they still charged me full rate. When I emailed the company the lady stated they were at my home. After advising her that our home cameras did not have the technician over she inquired and found out that no he wasn't here. When I asked about service every other week she wanted to advise that with weather changes it is better to keep weekly. Once I stated I am concern about another missed week that I would have to pay attention she stated to call her they have gps on the vehicles.,So she contradicted herself the first time she stated the technician was at my home. Then after I stated I had cameras she asked and he told her he wasn't at the home. So when I requested to change to every other week she advised me what can happen to the pool. I stated I will keep it to every other week she stated they don't provide service for every other week and cancel their business with me. Now that they have a lot of customers after they lost many during the summer they don't care to lose one. Poor business. Rosa read more

Zero stars!!!! Spoke with Hector to schedule an appt for an AM pool service. Calls me 30 mins prior to his arrival to reschedule. I agree..even though I got to work late due to the appt. Tells me he will be arriving at 6pm. Well No Show!! Left wrk early for this. He never called to cancel apologize...nothing. Guess it worked out before I paid and he disappeared with my money. Since there is no "button to reply" to someone who has replied to a post I am creating another one here: In response to Hector's reply to my original post of 2/28/18: We DID pay in full, upfront, for the pool to be resurfaced and repaired!! His contract stated: There are 3 payments, first being the initial deposit, second being 25% one-third way of job completion and the final 25% upon job completion. We met Hector on June 8, 2017 and before service even began, that very first day we met, we paid $11,500, IN FULL!!! You can see his documentation of this check below. After this IN FULL payment, the next day his people came and "emptied the pool".. and I was thrilled!! Wow, what a great response, we are going to get this pool done FAST, just like he said, complete within 6 weeks. Well THAT never happened. We indeed had more alterations, not sure if 7 is correct or not, but we did continue developing a beautiful "concept" of a backyard, and continued to pay Hector for these additions. NOTED: the initial draining and drying of the pool, which was supposed to happen for exactly "3 days" as stated on the contract and then have new diamond bright applied, ended up with the pool remaining EMPTY and DRY for over 2 months!!! So much damage and staining occurred that he had to "resurface again".. fill the pool... wait to find more imperfections and stains and pool light not working which we paid to have fixed, DRAIN AGAIN!!! resurface again and then fill again!!! So, this single job which we paid IN FULL UP FRONT was completed 8 months late!!!!! And of course, thousands of dollars in water bills to fill twice! Take a look at the payment schedule he himself posted. You will NOTE PLEASE: first check 6/08/17 IN FULL and then "6 more checks" totaling OVER $27,000 which was BEYOND over "50%" which was required when the work was 1/3 and it was NO WHERE near that.. and THEN NOTICE: per his schedule posted by himself: Almost "3 months!!!!!!" where there are NO CHECKS written... WHY? Because he "DISAPPEARED!" repeated requests to FINISH the job fell on deaf ears!!!!!!!!! He wanted MORE MONEY and we refused and he just walked off the job!!! He finally returned 3 months later and we began "giving him money again!" on November 14th. We gave him money in Novemberfor a Water Heater that he TOLD US HE HAD IN HIS POSSESSION since he asked for the exact money for it, and we found he never did have it and we paid again in December to have it purchased. We gave him money again for it as we wanted the JOB DONE! ... and it did not get installed until February 2018 and a FINAL BILL and FINAL PAYMENT was given to Hector, in person, with an AGREEMENT SIGNED BY HIM that he agrees this was a final bill, he was PAID IN FULL. So we never had an outstanding balance. Your pay schedule was as follows: Payment by Check - 06/08/17 $11,500! Payment by Check - 07/13/17 $10,000! and one week later: Payment by Check - 07/21/17 $ 6,000! and two weeks later: and on and on.... Payment by Check - 08/07/17 Payment by Check - 08/09/17 Payment by Check - 08/16/17 Payment by Check - 08/29/17 Payment by Check - 11/14/17 Payment by Check - 12/15/17 Payment by Check - 02/19/18 Last Payment by Check - 03/02/18 We were so far ahead in payment on the said 7 additional jobs and yet we had to sit and wait and beg and be upset and frustrated and STILL kept giving him money as he would beg for it with sob stories for his needs for the money to buy products. Just look at the schedule and see how often we gave him checks! Did I enjoy the final outcome? The final outcome REMINDS me every single day, of the MISERY that created it! . Is it beautiful? YES! Did my family pick out the tiles and all of the product chosen? YES! Did we actually share the ideas of exactly what we wanted? YES. Did I ask Hector for a "waterfall".. and he CREATED something beautiful?? YES!!! THAT was his creation and is lovely! Did he create "steps and a beach" into the pool based on our asking for steps and a beach? YES, and it is lovely. I am not writing a review on the END PRODUCT. I am writing a review on the INTEGRITY, HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM and the COMMITMENT TO SERVICE which I give NO STARS, but they don't allow that. Two torts that involve the communication of false information about a person, a group, or an entity such as a corporation. Libel is any Defamation that can be seen, such as a writing, printing, effigy, movie, or statue. Hector, your statement about my husband gun threats! Once Again: I write this as our true experience. If you decide to believe Hector, go for it!! If you decide to believe us, then congratulations for creating peace and harmony in your life. read more

Our pool and patio was remodeled by Clearview Poolcare a few months ago , first of all I would have to say that Mr Hector Estupinan is a very friendly person with a lot of charisma, the work was perfomed in a very professional way, they used excelent materials and when completed we felt very happy, I could say that today my patio with that remodeling and travertino tiles installed by them looks like a personal resort, we highly recommend them, the ideas given by Mr Estupinan helped to solve a lot of problems that in the past looked they had no solution at all, we will always be very thankful with this company and their staff , to finalize I would like personally to thank Mr Hector Estupinan and staff for the long hours of work but above all for his sincere friendship. read more
