I had a checking account and a savings account. I moved and did not give LGE my change of address…read more Therefore they started charging me every month due to not updating my address with them. I discovered this little policy quirk After they removed $75 out of my account. When I asked the banker why my account was $75 less, she 'smiled' and told me that it was because I had not updated my address change. Now that's what I call a bank where I want to do my personal business. Yes I closed my account and withdrew all my money. By the way I was there to open up another account.

So far Randy is awesome and so is Angie. I think I'll be here for a while. I ended up leaving because of a huge rate hike, they messed up my file a few times, lost a check and asked me to resubmit stuff a few times. I left farmers after about a year.

Coming from All State to these guys was very refreshing. The reason I decided to finally write a review is that lately I've asked for a pre-purchase house insurance policy to process my loan and Dilshad and Fairoz delivered all what I needed in less than 25 minutes, even the loan officer was impressed. When my recent car renewal was up, Noureen was kind enough to walk me through my discounts and other options I didn't consider. All in all a great family owned business and very positive experience.

It's important to know the good and the neg of any company claiming to help one with back taxes. I believe in Yelp people. I honestly don't like to go to a company's web site to only read about all the glory only. There's usually two sides to a story. Especially such a serious issue as owing taxes. So please any one who uses yelp let us all know how this company helps and what it charges. Thanks from a loyal Yelp member The owner reached out to me. An incredibly nice and very knowledgeable gentleman. I had already gone to another Tax Attorney. But If I had seen his text before I have to honestly say I would have used this company instead.

I was looking in the correct line of my 1040 and was SURE nothing was wrong. GIVE ME MY MONEY! After a failed attempt of getting help at the local HR block, I decided to start recalling the IRS # for help. Its SO busy right now that they don't even give you a wait time, they just tell you to hang up. Man, how frustrating! I tried 1st thing in the morning, no luck. I tried a few hours later, no luck. ARRGH! FINALLY, at about 430 pm on a Monday after a 10 min wait, I got through! A wonderful man answered my call and was VERY helpful. He asked me a slew of security questions to make sure that I was me, and low and behold, he had my correct AGI and Pin! I don't know what going on with the IRS and why they have a different AGI than I have printed on my 2007 tax form, but its worth calling and figuring out. This man was so helpful, kind and patient. I never in a million years thought I would be giving the IRS 4 stars, and in reality, I am not. I am giving this helpful guy (ID#0807006) the stars. The IRS can still suck it cause they have some serious issues to clear up, but this guy, despite I'm sure, probably 1000 calls that day, held it together and got the job done. So thank you Mr Id badge 0807006, you just made my taxes FINALLY go through, and for that, here is a Budweiser.

I could have easily done that part by myself, but he very quickly forwared me comparisons for different amounts for all four companies he had helped me narrow it down to. He also helped walk us through the application process and told us what to expect. Unlike the previous broker I had tried to use, he offered multiple options, so I could compare them easily with complete information and choose what was best for my wife and me. In summary, LTC Tree was timely, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I absolutely give them my highest recommendation. Doug Perry
