They even put together my new bed and when they found a problem with the package, they came and got me immediately so I could call the company that sold me the bed and get a new one in route. However, they fixed the problem with the one I had so that I could have a bed to sleep on. They also staged my bedroom, perfectly. From calling and speaking to hire these guys, to rescheduling the day I was coming in due to illness, to doing everything in between. They put down padding on the floors, they wrapped the doorways so not to tear furniture, etc and they did all of this in under 2.5 hours!! They are phenomenal and will definitely use them again.

The foreman on the job actually told us it was 7 hours. I was initially impressed, except one portable storage cupboard was left behind. We were told that a worker would come the next day to move it, but that didn't happen, and no one called. Hmmmmm. I knew then that something wasn't right. After a few calls the owner said that there were 5 men on the job (not true), and he also quoted a higher price per hour to justify the $315 overcharge. If you are planning a move, be sure to have a written agreement ahead of time as far as price per hour, number of workers, and any other essential details.

Paul, Zach and David were highly efficient and professional. They unpacked all the items as requested and did so much more quickly than expected. As the team lead, Paul was particularly diligent and helpful in making sure the delivery went smoothly, noting items that were broken upon unpacking and checking with us to make sure we were satisfied. After having really good movers pack the truck, we realized within 10 minutes that we were not dealing with the same level of professionals. They started off by being 20 minutes late. The guys they sent were no more experienced than your average high school kid would be. Had we packed the storage unit the way they wanted to, we would have needed 4 more units. No hustle at all. I am actually scared to see what some of my stuff looks like when we take it out of storage because there was a lot tipping stuff on its side to get it on a cart. Not cool when you have nice wood furniture. When our time was up we sent them away and finished the work ourselves. I am giving 2 stars only because them moved the appliances and they were heavy.
