Paul, Zach and David were highly efficient and professional. They unpacked all the items as requested and did so much more quickly than expected. As the team lead, Paul was particularly diligent and helpful in making sure the delivery went smoothly, noting items that were broken upon unpacking and checking with us to make sure we were satisfied. These guys even staged my living room for me and placed my tv on the table for me!! They even put together my new bed and when they found a problem with the package, they came and got me immediately so I could call the company that sold me the bed and get a new one in route. However, they fixed the problem with the one I had so that I could have a bed to sleep on. They also staged my bedroom, perfectly. From calling and speaking to hire these guys, to rescheduling the day I was coming in due to illness, to doing everything in between. The foreman on the job actually told us it was 7 hours. I was initially impressed, except one portable storage cupboard was left behind. We were told that a worker would come the next day to move it, but that didn't happen, and no one called. Hmmmmm. I knew then that something wasn't right. After a few calls the owner said that there were 5 men on the job (not true), and he also quoted a higher price per hour to justify the $315 overcharge. If you are planning a move, be sure to have a written agreement ahead of time as far as price per hour, number of workers, and any other essential details.

When Craig dropped off the trailer, he demonstrated how to use the ramp and how to secure the bulkhead. I really appreciated his helpfulness. ​U-Pack was more economical and easier than renting a truck and driving it ourselves. I highly recommend them.
