For the amount of money you spend there is no reason for the theater floors to be nasty and sticky. You stuck to the floor with every step you took. And the bathrooms were so disgusting at least the woman's bathroom was, every toilet had stuff in it, Why don't people flush its nasty if you don't, only people with no manners do that! And there was urine all over the floors along with TP and seat covers. There is no reason for anything to be dirty there are enough employees to clean and check on the bathrooms every hour and a half and to check for sticky isles in between movies and mop it. And I know everyone there is young but teach them to be responsible employees. The new owners need to step up their game and hire people that want to work and not ones who want to play their music really loud out of the office so everyone can hear it and play grab ass behind the counter. I will give my business to someone else.

That being said, this weekend I went twice to see the new Spider-Man and The Odyssey. The theater was very busy but it was staffed well. The parking lot is very big and handled the busy weekend traffic. I was in two different theaters, one had updated seats and the other had the older red recliners. Both were fairly comfortable. I heard people mentioning that on the new recliners they miss the tray table that was on the old ones. I agree. I noticed the staff regularly checked in during the movies. Not interrupting. The sound is always good and I had no other issues. The bathrooms were very busy and I believe this caused them to be abnormally dirty on my visits. Usually this is not the case.

Everyone is friendly and enthusiastic, the shows are always good, and it's wonderful to enjoy the local talent and then walk to any number of the delicious restaurants on or off of Healdsburg Square...my recommendation is Vallette, just a few steps away!
