Estimate provided over the phone did not include the trip fee (fuel and waste) of $30 nor was stain guard offered and priced at that time, though I did opt for that when Jorge presented it and quoted the price ($20/area). Jorge was able to treat all the old stains, and they all seem to be gone now that the carpet is dry. Excellent results and would use them again.

Average price was double what John Apke quoted me. Pat and Joel arrived on time and got the job done quickly. They were careful to look for a tag under my area rug to make sure it would not be damaged. I asked if they could clean under the bed. At first said no because they did not want to damage the frame. Later put gliders under the legs and slid the bed to clean as much area as possible. Overall, a good job.

The pre-cleaning communication and walk-through were great, and their estimate was reasonable for a first-time deep cleaning. They arrived punctually and were incredibly thorough.
