Sarah is an amazing counselor as well as an incredible speaker. Recently, I had two interactions…read morewith her. 1. PantheaCon- Sarah offered several workshops during the conference. The one that touched me most was the Sekhmet empowerment ritual. First off, Sarah knows how to effectively communicate to large audiences. She has a talent of being able to read her audience and know how to deliver her message. The actual ritual itself was definitely "empowering" and inspiring. It was fun, emotional, uplifting, and effective. I saw many participants truly enjoying the ritual with dancing afterward. Some had tears. Some were so energized. One lady that I spoke with said that she didn't know how she would fall asleep that night, she was so touched. (the workshop was at 11pm at night). I wasn't able to attend her flirtation workshop but I hope to do so in the future. 2. Counseling/reading session- I was able to have around 30mins-45mins session with Sarah. She spoke to me about a particular area of my life that has been troubling me. She gave me some practical things that I could do. She also gave me hope that my situation will change. I like speaking with Sarah, as it is apparent that she loves what she is doing and is eager to help people to a new understanding. Similar to the workshop, I left inspired and energized. Thank you Sarah!!!

When I discovered Lisa, I felt hopelessly lost, sad, and desperately needed support. However, I found that many therapists were expensive, and several were not a match. Although there are many mental health experts, few possess the warmth, patience, and understanding that Lisa displays to all of her clients. I did four sessions with Jessica to sort through a career change. She helped me prioritize and get…read moregreater clarity on what I really wanted. I can't say I gained the courage to take the plunge after our sessions to pursue my true passion(s) in life, but I did get closer to my true self in my career path. Sometimes the more measured, incremental approach is wiser anyways. Jessica helped me with closing the door on a past career that was not the right fit, which had been hard to let go of. It is challenging to get anywhere in 4 sessions with a new coach, but I was surprised by the amount of ground we covered. I could have probably used 8 sessions with Jessica, and would have happily done that but due to finances this was what I could afford. Jessica's style was more directive and she offered greater guidance than other coaches I've tried (where sessions meander and lack progress). I liked that. Her services are more expensive than others out there (the only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars), but she is a very good life coach and anyone who works with her is bound to benefit. She is good at responding via email also.

This is my first review of Jessica, but it's the second time that I've had a chance to work with…read moreher. The very first session that I had with Jessica, I wanted to work on my relationship to divine partnership. This was a concept that Jessica was perfectly able to speak into. Very quickly she let me empty all of the thoughts that I had in my head out.. all of my complaints, beliefs, self-talk, etc. She gently guided me through my body to begin to discover the truths that I was working with inside. Much of it was discover of the answers that were in my body, waiting to be heard. The whole time, Jessica was tuned into my field and was able to give me a beautiful and accurate reflection of what was happening inside me. This skillset of hers greatly helped my navigation of my own energetic and emotional landscape, as if felt like I had another set of eyes seeing inside myself. Jessica works on a quantum level with her clients, so expect some quantum weirdness (as in surprise miracles). I found her skillset to be far advanced from what you might get from the average therapist/coach. This was profound stuff, and she was able to navigate it simply and economically with time. My second session I wanted to work with her on body image, my relationship to beauty, my own sense of self-love, and my relationship to the marketplace of single life. This was a subtle issue for me, as I've done a lot of work on it, do healing work on other people around it, and know it well. Trite answers were not going to be enough for it. Jessica was able to reveal more of the structure of my thinking and what agreements and ideas had anchored unuseful paradigms in place. Jessica again used so much of the intelligence that was already alive in my body and in my field. She was able to navigate the hologram of my reality adeptly, moving very quickly to the juice of it. Even more important... my body has been amazingly tingly all the way through each session. Usually within 5-10 minutes of talking to her, I already feel my body beginning to release and go into an energy shift with lots of yawning and tearing up at my eyes. This is always a sure-fire way for me to know something is lifting. Truly a gem. You will not find an experience of this caliber in many places. Worth driving to or working over the internet with. I live in Portland, OR and I am glad that I can connect with her over the internet.

I am long overdue in writing this review. I would recommend Sabrina to anyone who wants to get…read morehealthy in an organic way! I had worked with Sabrina in the past and after years of struggling and as I have gotten older, I knew I had to reach out to her. I have always been active and I workout every day so that was not an issue for me. But I was still slowly and steadily gaining weight. I have tried every meal plan and/or diet you can think of spending hundreds of dollars a week on food and hours in the kitchen meal prepping, and nothing worked long term. I reached out to Sabrina in September and started working with her a week or so after my initial call. She made a few tweaks to my diet and my exercise routine, and the weight began to come off. We worked together until the middle of January. During our time working together I lost 20lbs. OVER. THE. HOLIDAYS. I am a social person, and food is always a part of that, so the holidays are especially challenging. If I can lose 20lbs over the holidays, anyone can. Since finishing my last session with Sabrina I have continued to lose weight. It doesn't come off as fast because I am not super focused on it, but that is what I love. It has felt easy to just keep doing what I am doing. The changes she made to my diet fit easily into my lifestyle. I finally feel like I am not on a diet, I have just changed the way I eat, and I am spending less money on food and spending less time on meal prepping than I was before working with her. I don't get on the scale a lot these days as I am more focused on feeling good than what the scale says, but every time I do, I am down a few more pounds.
