Marc is amazing! We noticed a slow leak from our bathroom sink late one afternoon, found him…read moreonline, called, and he arrived within 30 mins to assess the situation (note: he was already closing up for the day but happily made the drive over to help us). The infrastructure in our home is very outdated and Marc drove to four different stores in one day to find the right parts for everything (plus an Amazon order for a part that wasn't available on island). He fixed the leak and was even able to fix our shower handle that hasn't worked properly for at least 4 years. 3 other plumbers had said it wasn't possible to do without tearing apart the wall and replacing the pipes. Marc took the time to R&D and got it done for us, quickly too. So grateful that he didn't give up on it. Such a nice and genuine guy. He'll definitely be our go to moving forward, especially as we think about renovations!

My first personal experience hiring Jay Foster of Got Plumbing LLC. He responded quickly. I had…read morealready made 3 other calls to plumbers to fix a broken kitchen faucet handle. They were too busy and I would be on a waitlist for a day or two. Jay Foster was able to respond by 11:00 a.m. on the same day of my call. Amazing! This job was supposed to be easy, but Jay encountered problems due to the aged faucet. There was an especially problematic issue where it caused him to be in a very strained uncomfortable contorted position under the sink, but he worked at it with determination until he got it! I was very pleased with Jay's work. He is also easy to communicate with and respectful. Prompt service call. It felt like I was dealing with a mainland service-oriented professional. Mahalo nui loa, Jay Foster. My property management staff and I at RE/MAX Kauai will certainly be calling upon you again!

Jay at Got Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. When I called him he was out on a job and told…read moreme to text message him my name, address and the plumbing problem. I texted him that our toilet was leaking water around the base when we flushed it and the rest of the information that he'd asked for. I also let him know it was not an emergency. Waited 24 hours and no response, so I texted him again. He called me back and said he had been on a job but could come the next day at a designated time. The next day he arrived 10 minutes early. He Came into my house and checked out the toilet. Went out and got his tools and supplies. He showed me some rusting on a water inlet hose and asked if he should change it out. I told him to do so. He vacuumed up the water that was in the toilet and then pulled it up. He quickly repaired and replaced the needed items. It took him just under an hour. Excellent!!!!! I'd hire him again, for sure!
