Buyer Beware if you're looking for a flat roof especially something better like a TPO system…read moreDon't hire these guys Their work is shoddy at best and when you have problems You might as well call and pay another contractor to repair or replace they're bad work I had problems last year and they did the least amount possible to fix the leak And that's after having a good part of my living room drywall come down (which they won't fix) With that said my drywall that I had fixed is coming down again and I've had to deal with this again This makes twice in four years that I've had to deal with this shoddy company's work Don't let the A+ bbb ratings fool you they do just enough to get by Took me 2 months of constant calling to get them to come and do the bare minimum to hillbilly fix the leak (not the ceiling) the first time The only reason they responded was because I kept calling and emailing the bbb and after the third correspondence they broke down and put a temporary patch on it to stop the leaking for one year only

Our first meeting was 4/16, which went fine. 2 days later, I was sent quotes. After looking over quotes, I changed my mind and went with black windows and black wrap because my house is white. Lisa text'd me she was too busy to provide an updated quote, and she would have a Vanessa W. send a revised quote. When the quote was received, it was a quote for white, not black, windows, and not all windows were included. So I started calling, emailing and texting; I'd either get no response or a long, drawn-out text message about her health/family issues. This is not the way to gain or retain a customer base. Now, with all that being said, this is probably a GREAT company; you just have to get past Lisa to get those windows ordered and installed. ** As of 5/1/26 --- No accurate quote has been sent.

Abraham Loewen has been the same technician on 2 of my job sites and he has further exceeded my expectations every time. Not only did he pick up after he was done, he went back and cleaned every window plus window frame individually. The time it took him to finish was a few hours for 10+ windows. I'm extremely happy with the service/work/quality they provide. Huge thanks to Vanessa the sales lady that helped us choose our windows and provide us a quote. I would highly recommend using these guys. I will refuse to use anyone else!
