But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction? I talked to several roofing companies and acquired several estimates to repair my roof after a bad hail storm. John Ream looked at my roof and gave me an estimate in line with all the other estimates I received. The difference was in the quality and upgrades that were included in the estimate from Ream Roofing that were not included in the other estimates and the time frame to complete the repair. The crew was at my house within a week and completed the repair in 2 days, this included replacing the decking and a few repairs to the house that were not even included in the original estimate for which there was no additional charges. The crew was very professional and the foreman( Rafael) answered the multitude of questions I asked throughout the process. I was so impressed that I referred Ream Roofing to my son and they replaced his roof , also with the same high level of professionalism and quality. Mine and my sons roof look awesome. I highly recommend Ream Roofing to anyone needing his services. read more

Responded to my request immediately 3 days later had a new gorgeous roof. 5 days after the new roof baseball size hail with a lot of damage, they were back at my house to patch any areas that might cause interior damage. They have been prompt and professional. Workers cleaned up every evening before they left for the day. My experience with Ream Roofer's has been top notch. You won't be disappointed! Wonderful experience! Midland had a bad hail storm, the worst in 10 years. Our skylights caved in, and hail was pouring right into our living room. John Ream and his team went all over town covering up skylights that had shattered, and came out to our house at midnight and covered the skylights with tarps, and offered to only charge us when we got our insurance settlement. We really appreciate Ream Roofing. read more

Ive known John for years. Our kids went to Midland Christian together. He has done my roof several times throughout the years. He is the only roofer I will use in midland.
