Have a signed contract in hand wanting to give them business and they will not return calls or stop by to pick it up and get the ball rolling. I guess they have "too much" business or a major lack of time management/customer service skills. Guess I will take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: six months later and I am now receiving private messages from the owner telling me he does not appreciate my honest review. I'm ruining his business and he has a family to feed.... I did not "bash" your business and have not posted anything anywhere with the exception of this site. What I wrote was true. Move on and work on improving your relationships with your current and future clients. read more

One of the worst roofing companies I have ever experienced. Seems like a storm chaser and doesn't care about the customer. Asked about warranties and he smirked at me. I would strongly recommend to not use this company unless you want problems. I don't judge people but when I spoke with his gentlemen, he had alcohol on his breath and smelled very offensive. I hope this review can help anyone in the future so they don't have to deal with these problems. read more

I talked to several roofing companies and acquired several estimates to repair my roof after a bad hail storm. John Ream looked at my roof and gave me an estimate in line with all the other estimates I received. The difference was in the quality and upgrades that were included in the estimate from Ream Roofing that were not included in the other estimates and the time frame to complete the repair. The crew was at my house within a week and completed the repair in 2 days, this included replacing the decking and a few repairs to the house that were not even included in the original estimate for which there was no additional charges. The crew was very professional and the foreman( Rafael) answered the multitude of questions I asked throughout the process. I was so impressed that I referred Ream Roofing to my son and they replaced his roof , also with the same high level of professionalism and quality. Mine and my sons roof look awesome. Responded to my request immediately 3 days later had a new gorgeous roof. 5 days after the new roof baseball size hail with a lot of damage, they were back at my house to patch any areas that might cause interior damage. Wonderful experience! Midland had a bad hail storm, the worst in 10 years. Our skylights caved in, and hail was pouring right into our living room. John Ream and his team went all over town covering up skylights that had shattered, and came out to our house at midnight and covered the skylights with tarps, and offered to only charge us when we got our insurance settlement. We really appreciate Ream Roofing. read more

Ive known John for years. Our kids went to Midland Christian together. He has done my roof several times throughout the years. He is the only roofer I will use in midland. Its a shame you see all these bad fake reviews on the internet. I guess other out of town roofing companies are getting desperate for work. read more
