I was referred to one of their brokers by the name of Trent Lee to sell my business and the agreement that was signed was not approved by my landlords to accept new ownership of the buyer. The broker Trent Lee refused to accept that the agreement is not valid since landlord won't allow certain terms unless potential buyer signs an extended lease of 5 plus years. So Trent Lee continues to threaten to sue me for his over charged commission eventhough there's no sale and most importantly NO buyer...he backed out... The franchise owner sent me a threatening letter indicating they are entitled to these funds because, "all they had to do was find a buyer..." How ridiculous and unethical... They are a fraud and using deceitful tactics to con me out of money without a sale. I reported them to the Nevada Real estate Board, The Secretary of State as well as the Better Business Bureau where they already have an existing negative file. Plus I will take legal action against them if this abuse and threats continue. Please do not accept this behavior and most importantly go elsewhere... They are not in your favor... They will do anything to make money...the All American Greed. I am more than prepared to fight a battle that they started... And the sad saddest problem is that my friend Elaine referred me to them in which I am certain she is not aware how much of a shark this company and their broker Trent Lee is...please go elsewhere to list your business because this company is farrrrrr from professionals. I also filed a police report because what they are doing is threatening and abusing me to sign an agreement I don't agree with. Police will investigate.
