In addition to doing an incredible job cleaning my home, she also was willing to offer helpful suggestions on home organization. I am so grateful that Clutter Queens was able to come through and help get me and my family back into my home! Thank you so much!

This is the letter I wrote to the owner of this company:…read more Mr. Mark Cannava A1A Chemdry 450 SW 17th Street Pompano Beach, FL 33060 Dear Mr. Cannava, Your company attempted to clean my area rug on September 18. Your technician Mike was very personable but unsuccessful. He asked that I let the rug dry as it would lighten up. I did - it didn't. I called Jennifer to ask that someone come and look at it. I was told Mike would be the one. I was also told that if he had to use more product, there would be an extra charge. Mike was supposed to call me. He did not. I paid $179 for nothing and your company wants to charge me more? I expect either the rug to be clean or a refund. Here is a picture: The dark area looks pretty much the same as when we started. If he didn't think he could clean it, he should have said so, not taken my money. We did have a conversation about two small areas that I tried to clean after a cat mishap. I knew that they might be a problem, but I could have turned the rug around and hidden them under a couch. These dirty areas are the problem. I look forward to your response. This is the address listed in Sunbiz.org. It was returned to me. I then resent it to the address on the website and it was returned to me again. I never should have paid the technician. Expensive lesson learned!

After having no luck with every home remedy in the book, we decided to call the professionals. A1A Chemdry came to the house, and put on several applications of their "magical" formula, which basically ate away the smell. They then cleaned and deodorized the couches. It took about three days for the couches to dry fully but the cat urine smell was completely gone. Their service was great and so were the technicians on the job. They are very reasonably priced and I didn't have to buy new couches, which saved me a boat load of money. If you have a horrible cat odor in your couches and you want it out, this is a company that can do it. Now I can have my family over for the holidays and not have to worry about the smell.

Let me say it right up front that if you need a really good cleaner, Theresa, the owner of #1…read moreAwesome Cleaning Services, more than fits the bill. Now on to the review...So my girlfriend and I just moved into a 5-bedroom house we bought and it needed a good cleaning. We wanted this done ASAP since our furniture was arriving in a couple of days. We looked on Yelp for cleaners with good reviews and left messages for several of them. Theresa, the owner of #1 Awesome Cleaning Services, emailed me back almost immediately. When we spoke on the phone she came across as very responsive and personable. She said she could come the same day and brings all of her own cleaning equipment and supplies. Theresa called us when she was on her way and arrived punctually. She started by having us give her a tour of the things we wanted cleaned. Since this was a move-in cleaning, we wanted pretty much everything done including appliances, floors, bathrooms, etc. Once the tour was done, Theresa brought in all of her cleaning supplies and equipment and went to work. Let me tell you. Theresa doesn't walk around. She runs. When she mopped the floors, she didn't just daintily glide the mop over the surface but put her shoulders into it to get everything as clean as possible. She was at the house for about 5 hours and worked non-stop with intensity. Just out of curiosity, I asked her how come she was in such good shape to work so long and so hard and it turns out she previously owned her own fitness studio and was a trainer. Yup. That explains it. Theresa and #1 Awesome Cleaning Services rate an easy 5-star review. Theresa was not only responsive and friendly but did an amazing job cleaning our house. Some of our other family members also need cleaning help with their places and Theresa will be getting calls from them. It's nice to see there are still people and business that deliver great services at very decent prices. We will be using #1 Awesome Cleaning Services on a likely monthly basis.

I'm very disappointed in Heidi and her team. They come across as such nice and caring ladies, but…read moreonce they get your money, they disappear. I hired my nanny 6 weeks ago. I paid her $23/ hour to watch my two kids age 3 years and 18 months. I also provided her lunch every day. She called out 6x over the course of 6 weeks. I've never had a more unreliable employee. Transportation issues, living problems, and wanted to move back to her home country, to name a few. Heid and her assistant Nubie claimed that she is a Noland Nanny University graduate - but, when I asked my nanny about this, she laughed. She said she went to school to be an esthetician and she did not want to be a nanny forever, she was using the money to set up her lash business which was her true passion. In fact, she told me that she never even met Nubie or Heidi in person, ever! She told me that she only ever talked to Nubie over the phone and that Nubie told her that she sounded really educated and all the nanny's they have are stupid. If you've ever talked to Nubie, you can definitely believe that she would say something like this. I guess because my nanny was British they decided to make up the Noland Nanny bit. After 6 weeks, my "Noland nanny" was a no call, no show one morning. I was later told that she tested positive for COVID. I asked Heidi to send a replacement as I was studying for the bar exam and couldn't afford to take a week off. I was sent a live-in Jamaican lady. I kept her for 2 days. It was obvious to me that she would not be able to watch 2 little kids. When I told her how I felt, she agreed and told me that she planned on watching them inside my home all day and not taking them outside at all. Not sure why Heidi sent her to me... I lost $300 there for nothing. Heidi sent me another replacement, a Colombian lady who I couldn't understand. My kids are at the age where they're learning to speak, I told Heidi and Nubie that I would need someone who could speak English, yet this was the second person they sent who had a significant language barrier. They also sent me another nanny who was so loud during her interview that she woke up my kids. She also talked trash about her previous employer who she named by name! A wife whose husband is a big time lawyer! If you are someone with a business and a name, I would 100% stay away. Even Heidi was disclosing the names of her clients to me and talking poorly about them. Another nanny they recommended to me canceled her interview twice. After losing over 2 weeks of bar prep time and having terrible replacements sent to my home, I told Heidi that I wanted a refund. She told me that she was doing me a favor sending me replacements 3 months after signing up. I told her that she was wrong and I had hired my nanny only 6 weeks ago. Then Heidi stopped responding to me! I never heard back from my original nanny, I never got a replacement, and I never got a refund. I lost $6,000 alone on my bar prep course and bar application fee for trusting Heidi's business to do what they say they do. Bottom line - They do no meaningful screening. You get a background check and a bio that the nanny fills out herself. YOU will have to do the screening yourself, which totally defeats the purpose of hiring an agency in the first place.
