Phenomenal! I have great expectations for people who charge me for any kind of product or service, especially when the cost is appreciable. From our initial phone conversation to the day of clean-out, this was the highest quality of service and professionalism I could have asked for. Daniel and business partner Ralph could not have been better. These gentlemen know their business. As a retired banking professional, I appreciate the personal touch and respect people used to routinely provide. Instead of sending me to a website, asking me to send pictures, request an impersonal bid or leaving a message (one of which was returned by a woman with a difficult-to-understand accent), Daniel immediately scheduled an appointment to assess the size and content of our stuff and gave us a fair price. The great thing was that they do the loading! No other companies I checked offered this. We had lots of years-old heavy stuff. I had done a lot of research on dumpster rentals and was shocked by the prices cited. When I learned that there were great variances in value for those costs, I dug deeper. Some of the less costly places put lots of restrictions on the items they would accept (of course we understand that hazardous materials were not acceptable). Almost all would not allow the discarded items to rise above the height of the bin. Daniel and Ralph personally loaded our refuse in such a way that we would have had to rent a bin twice the size with any other company. And to top it off, they swept the entire garage/driveway area when finished. It was a great pleasure to have such clean and friendly young men turn 50 years of stuff into a blank canvas. Wow.
