So my review not only covers the initial installation but the ongoing operation of the furnaces, and the follow-up service---the latter two probably being more important than the installation. Pricing was good---they weren't the very lowest or the highest. But they were willing to do a difficult installation in the basement, where others wanted to put furnaces in the attic, which would have made servicing much more difficult. They addressed all my installation concerns. Anyway, install turned out to be great. And, when I had problems with some of the units, Metric responded quickly and helpfully. They stood behind their work, and have tried to make sure that I continued to be a happy customer. There are a lot of hvac companies, and many with far more reviews---legit and otherwise---than Metric. But I found that you don't need the biggest company or the one with the most reviews to get the product and service that you need. We opted for a heat exchanger, and I was very surprised that it occupies about 1/3 of the area the previous system's compressor did.
