The Dr. recently retired…read moreand new office staff has come in with the new Dr. taking over the practice, well, they called prior to an upcoming appt and wanted us to fill out new patient paperwork online because they were computerizing their records. The have all our records and when we pushed back with that point the person on the phone became nasty and claimed she could not read the records. We decided to move onto a new provider after that experience because we have found that if the office staff doesn't care the provider doesn't either especially at times of transition.

It did take awhile and because of my insurance I had the bottom done first (the kind that's "glued" in, then got my uppers this year. (The removable kind). I understand what I was told so a little puzzled as to why I had to come back more than a few times to get them. But when they were done everything fit well. The only problem was with the top dentures. I start bringing my tongue up and "chomp" because of the metallic stuff on the dentures. It just felt funny and when I a fellow associate of DR. A she just said it's something to get used to! Why? I know some dentures can be made with a clear coating. She said because of my poor bone structure in my mouth that wasn't feasible?? Like I said I speak and comprehend English better than most but at times the communication was not what it should be. PRO ~ they don't "rush you" and take their time and he is the first dentist i had where the needle didn't "hurt" badly. And again Jeanine the dental hygienist is the best! A few years after leaving his office vowing to never come back again, I'm left dealing with a…read morecavity drilling that left my molar highly sensitive. Worst yet, when I told him I experienced extreme sensitivity, I was reprimanded for "lying to his face" because "it couldn't have happen" and "it must be me". The worst part was knowing that the drilling was not needed after getting a second opinion from another dentist who examine other teeth Dr. Eisenbrock recommended filling, which I never went back for. This molar is in need of a root canal which meant killing the nerve rendering my tooth dead. I would never go back to him. The way he treats his patients like clueless submissive farm animals, if he was a obstetrician, he would be killing babies for profits. I am seething with anger and in my eyes, he is nothing but a con man driven by profit. The damage that he dealt is one I'll have to live with for the rest of my life, a dead tooth that was perfectly healthy before I pay a visit to this unethical, arrogant, malevolent man. Save yourself the permanent scarring and the anger, walk away and never go back.
