It took several emails to get Noel to respond. After a few months of communication, picking out stain, getting a quote - he would never get me on the schedule - after at least 4 attempts to schedule after he said he would in the final email - he never did. (This includes a no show for the initial estimate) - I reached out to give him one more opportunity but not after I had left a negative review.. to which he replied that because I left a negative review, he was not interested in the work (that was today 6/20/2021). So I was blamed for his poor customer service, lack of follow up and rather than try to redeem by asking me to remove the negative review or at least follow up (should he actually schedule the work and do it) he opted to blame me and as a result I am leaving this second negative review. Review for work done March 2019: Less than stellar attention to detail. Biggest complaint, my final bill had $1157.97 in materials. I paid the bill however I did ask for copies of materials receipts which Noel Robertson, the company owner, did not have at the time he presented the final invoice. He told me that he'd email them to me. The receipt copies he emailed to me totaled $628.35. I requested the remaining receipts and he explained that he was dealing with a medical adversity regarding his mother. She had stage 4 cancer and only had about 1-2 weeks of life remaining. I empathized and sympathized with his circumstance and immediately yielded on business dealing. At about 1- 1/2 to 2 months later I resumed contact once again requesting the still missing receipts. To date, first third of July, he has never responded to me in any capacity. Mr. Robertson is either a very poor record keeper or he is dishonest. I am currently disputing the $529.62 difference through my MasterCard issuer. Lots of my valuable time lost because of this merchant. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!!! read more
