I have had both Oticon and Phonak hearing aids from NHHI. I have a primary audiologist but sometimes due to schedules, I have seen two other audiologists. All of them have been great. At one point I chose to get a second opinion from a renowned audiologist in NYC. She totally concurred with what my audiologist at NHHI had recommended. When I need help they are always there for me, as I mentioned, if not my primary audiologist then one of the others. I could not be happier with an audiologist and I like that all three whom I have gone to have been great. They are all doctors of audiology.

Deceitful Business Practices. This business billed my mother's insurance company (UHC) $5,700 for…read moretwo hearing aids; she only replaced one. They had her sign a finance agreement for $4,300, stating they were giving her a discount. On March 12th, the insurance denied their claim. They have now rebilled the insurance $3,495 for only one hearing aid. We will be pursuing whatever avenue it takes to get this rectified. This is insurance fraud and could quite possibly be elder abuse.
