I cannot say enough about how awesome this place is and how nice the people are to do business…read morewith. I have been going there about eight years and every time they far exceed my expectations. I lost one of my hearing aids three years ago, had them insured so Allyson thought I might like to go with Phonak because I listen to a lot of music and watch movies.I bought Phonak hearing aids three years ago and love them. Phylis runs the front counter and is so friendly and efficient. My audiologist is Allyson and I have been with her since day one and she is amazing. Hearing aids changed my life and so happy I chose NH Hearing Institute. Thank you guys!

I have dealt with NH Hearing Insitute for years, since my daughter was 4 and she is now in her 30s…read more I developed a hearing problem in 2004 so have been going there for myself since then. I have had both Oticon and Phonak hearing aids from NHHI. I have a primary audiologist but sometimes due to schedules, I have seen two other audiologists. All of them have been great. At one point I chose to get a second opinion from a renowned audiologist in NYC. She totally concurred with what my audiologist at NHHI had recommended. When I need help they are always there for me, as I mentioned, if not my primary audiologist then one of the others. I could not be happier with an audiologist and I like that all three whom I have gone to have been great. They are all doctors of audiology.

Being a customer/patient of audiologists in the Concord, NH area for probably 30 years, I have…read morerotated through several of the providers in town. Of the 4 offices that come to mind, New England Audiology has been my best personal and professional interaction of all. Other "businesses" (and face it, the sale of hearing aids is often the major source of revenue for audiology practices) have not come close to the sense of belonging to a family of concerned, dedicated, and highly competent specialists. Dr. Jaques has been my audiologist for over 10-12 years. I switched to her care when the "made of iPhone" hearing aids were first being released, and having a Bluetooth enabled device that beams your phone calls (and music, podcasts, etc.) binaurally was going to be a game changer. But the former provider, who had sold me Oticon hearing aids (very high quality; check out Consumer Reports), was unable to provide any model of "Made for iPhone" devices. Oticon was pursuing their own accessory device, which I think they finally jettisoned in favor of what had become the standard: made for iPhone. And the new hearing aids from NE Audiology were about half the price that I had paid for the Oticon ones about 5 years earlier. Since I started going to Dr. Jacques, she has added additional staff, as well as taking on audiology students to give them training and real world experience. I have had consistently excellent care. As a retired physician from Concord Hospital, I had worked with medical students, residents from Dartmouth Medical School, PA students from Mass College of Health Sciences from their Manchester location. I admire the dedication of ANY provider who takes on, at no remuneration, health care students and trainees for training for the next generations of patients. During the COVID pandemic, they were top notch in keeping the patients well cared for, with splendid precautions for everyone's safety. I bought new hearing aids about 3 or 4 years ago, to move up to rechargeable instruments over the tiny batteries. And those tiny batteries are expensive, so 4 years of no trips to CVS, adds up to money saved. Even though changing the batteries is only about once a week (larger devices can handle bigger batteries, so get changed less often) having a bedside charger is even easier. Part of the evening routine: charge the iPhone, charge the smart watch, drop the hearing aids into their charger. All told, I am extremely pleased with NE Audiology. They do have a Manchester office as well, but since I live about 1/2 mile from the Concord office, have never made that trip.

The best!! I am hearing impaired, as is my special needs…read moredaughter. I also am an RN over seeing a large population of folks who experience developmental disability. I have referred numerous people to this practice after experiencing nothing less than excellence in customer service. They are problem-solvers. There is a true integrity that takes place with every employee at this office making sure that in a hearing world, we all have the same opportunity! Excellent time on return calls - 2 Convenient locations and Dr.Beth has made a huge difference in our lives. From the moment you call Ann Marie at the front desk -until your hearing appointment is complete, you go away knowing that you have been in the hands of true experts. In a world where healthcare is insurance driven and waiting seems to be the norm/ this is the best experience ever.

Today June 15 2020 NH PHASE 2 Covid. We can now eat in restaurants but need a mask on the exam…read moretable at a Dr. office! This practice should tell you when making an appointment that you're required to wear a mask at all times during your visit. After checking in, getting temperature taken (not told what it was) and asked if I've traveled outside of Maine, NH or VT in the last 14 days I was brought back to a room. She then asked me to keep a face mask on. I questioned why I need to wear it in the exam room (I have asthma and severe anxiety when face is covered). She said it was mandatory and would go check with Rachel (NP) to see if they would still see me. She sent Laura (office manager) in to talk about wearing the face mask in the room, said I swore at the nurse and it would be best to just go to urgent care. Extremely unprofessional. As I was leaving Dr Collins (known for 30+ years) was in the hallway and I had a brief discussion about what had just happened in his office and was there to have my ears checked. He had given me a prescription (antibiotic) in April while out of state. Ear pain is back and so am I. He could've taken me in and checked my ears. Instead, told me Rachel is still on the phone (40 minutes after 11am appointment time) and to call in if I'd like a prescription refill. I've had severe dizziness and and vertigo for 2 months, never had an ear infection and my grandfather died of brain cancer. Wow, thanks Doc.
