I bought my hearing aids thru Chris. Never received a receipt or any paperwork. I was never happy…read morewith them and tried to get Chris to adjust them. Told my niece (an audiologist) in Florida and she said he's scamming you. Multiple times I told Chris I was going to my attorney. His response was "do what you have to do". I did and went to small claims court. In the meantime I went to Reid Audiology. The audiologist called Phonak and was quickly told I don't own any Phonak hearing aids. In fact, their records showed what I had as having been returned and sitting in their warehouse. In other words he sold me stolen property! After as many delays as Jonathan Hersey (Chris's son and owner) could do he was ordered to refund me in full and pay court costs. Chris and his son, Jonathan, are scammers who prey on the elderly. If you search on mycase.in.gov you will find they have been sued multiple times and made to pay each time.

All I can say is if you plan on seeing Dr. Bill and he tells you to call if you experience any problems or need anything after a procedure, don't count on it. The medical procedure and aftercare were subpar.
