Be aware: any one of several offices can answer your call, thus apparently they have no impetus to be efficient or decent - you can never know to whom you are talking. There is pretty much consistently poor service on the phone. Then a week after paying a bill for spa services which included a tip, which they asked me at the checkout if I wanted to add - that was a first at a spa for me also - anyway, after paying in full, they sent me a bill for a $20 tip! So I called! Waited 10 minutes on hold before they came back and said it was removed from my account, no apology, just par for the course regarding their impersonal, cold service (though this one was not rude). I will have to drive over there to double-check in person before I believe they won't send me another bill for a $20 tip.

Called their separate billing office and was told it should have been billed to both and they would have to submit it now to get a denial due to timely filing and write it off. Called them back, get a different excuse and they refuse to bill. Now I have to pay because their billing department messed up and it took them 8 months to figure out! My son said this was the best facility he had ever stayed at, and there were many. We were fortunate that we had guardianship of my 36 yr. old son. It did make things easier. What any business owes it's customers is very basic manners. A simple, courteous, "Hello, I will be right with you" goes a long way! However, during my appointment I learned he does not specialize in TMJ related situations at all and is incapable of diagnosing and treating pain related to TMJ. Apparently, this practice's idea of having a 'TMJ specialist' on staff is employing a regular dentist who can suggest an actual TMJ specialist, not even a medical referral, just a simple suggestion. I would've never came if I was made aware of this reality, as I have already visited many dentists who have suggested the same. They overrepresented their prestige, education, and capacities. All I was told was that I should see someone else as I appear to have problems with my TMJ, but it couldn't be diagnosed by this dentist. This was a wasted trip and I was told information I already knew. Their website has fraudulent reviews. Firstly, why would a business with under 5 Yelp reviews have hundreds of glowing and flattering reviews on their own website? The photos used by this practice are stock photos that are unrelated to the business itself. This is shady, why not use photos of your actual business to promote and advertise? Why feign hundreds of satisfactory reviews?
