The dental hygienist was thorough and very nice. When I was finished and went to the front desk to pay for the fluoride part of my treatment not covered by my insurance, I ran into a problem with my payflex card that I had to spend nearly a half hour over the phone to resolve, which as it turns out, was that I had mistakenly kept an expired card instead of the current one. The nice ladies at the front desk were very understanding as I realized my blunder, which will now be resolved with a new card being sent to me that I can then pay my bill with once I get it. It was appreciated that the ladies at the front desk were understanding while I was on the phone all that time seeking a resolution. I live over a half hour away from Parkview Family Dentistry, but I continue to go there happily, not just because of their professionalism, but also because I greatly appreciate that a few years ago, they opened up an appointment slot for 7:00AM on Wednesdays for patients whose schedules would make that a much more convenient time, as it is with me since I work third shift. In today's day and age, great customer service is important, and this is how to do it right.

The receptionist had a hurried discussion with a higher up who advised "another 20 minutes OR SO" then started the lame short staffing excuse. So why do you make appointments then? She had no answer. I walked out. Did a little research and found another dentist I'll be seeing in 2 weeks. I chose Aspen because it was a bigger practice who made a point of the 'time reserved especially for you' BS. Whether it is the dentist or the denture manufacturer that works with the impressions and the implant locations they are very far from perfection . You get what you pay for and sometimes less. Too much pain when tightening my metal pieces onto my implants. He extracted the implant (without sedation or Lidocaine injections) ,and it seemed very intentional He torqued it out of the bone and the implant had tissue on it. I am asking for compensation for only receiving 8 of the 9 implants and without compensation soon I will obtain legal help for the loss of the implant and add to it the pain suffering and emotional trauma I endured at the hands of Samosh. Waiting to hear from Affordable Dentures manager. I am not the first person he has done this to. Any Associates working there should not defend him because he is the owner and boss. What he did was wrong. I told him before he torqued it from my jaw that I had tightened that metal piece the night before and it was tight. He offered to replace this implant for free.
