My only knock was that when the job finished they didn't let me know, so ended up waiting in their waiting area longer than needed to pick up. It wasn't done at the 1.5 hour promise time, no problem, I kept waiting. 60 min later is when I was when I got the keys & paid. Not exactly sure in that extra hour when the job finished. They were busy, I get it, but also your customers have things to do and are waiting. That's minor, and the only thing that stops me from a 5 start review. EDIT: Just to show I'm not just talking trash, when I got home, my wife was impressed with the look. When we get tint done on her car, I will take it to Tint Pros.

We took the issue directly to the boat manufacturer, and thankfully they covered the replacement under warranty. Wanting to give the tint company the benefit of the doubt, we brought the replacement window back to them for the second tint job. Unfortunately, within ONE HOUR of leaving their shop, the replacement window shattered again. The window had been properly transported and handled on our end, and there was no damage from loading or unloading the vehicle. Instead of taking any responsibility or even showing concern, the company immediately blamed us, became extremely unprofessional, and even cussed at us during the conversation. At no point did they try to help resolve the issue or stand behind their work. Accidents can happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Being treated disrespectfully and blamed for a repeat issue right after service was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this company with expensive glass or tint work.

The ceramic coating was told to me as a 7-year coating, but after the piss-poor job was done, I found out it was actually only a 3-year coating. I was also never enrolled for the guarantee. The tint was left with air bubbles and debris, which you can clearly see on the front windshield. There were also deep cuts left on my windows and scratches on my trims. Raymond said he would redo the tint, but when I followed up, he kept avoiding my calls. Eventually, I was told their tint films were on back order, so the tint could not be redone. He also told me he would email me the information for the lifetime tint guarantee. It has now been a month, and I still have not received anything. Every time I tried to get answers, there was always an excuse, saying he had important meetings to attend. Raymond also didn't show up for my appointment. Instead of talking to me directly, he would have his brother, who didn't even do the tint, show up at the shop and deal with me. It was obvious that Raymond and his staff were not on the same page. Overall, the communication was terrible, the service was worse than piss poor, and Raymond did not follow through... he's just for the money. He really messed up my car. Not a problem in LA, but Fresno CHP have nothing better to do than write fix-it tickets for Window tint. Tin My Ride removed the old tint, I took the car to get it signed off (CHP office is a block away from Tint My Ride) then Tint My Ride installed lighter (hopefully legal) tint AFTER I had the fix-it ticket signed off.
