First I have to say I'm from Southern California which is the car detailing capital of the country…read more. I'm pathologically picky when it comes to car detailing. Found this place here on Yelp - drive over to look at the facility. The owner greeted me and answered all my questions and gave me a quote. Made an appointment today and when I went to get my car they were just finishing. The car, a 2010 Cayman looked amazing. Nothing was missed, quality materials were used. Again I was greeted by the owner who has excellent customer service skills. We went out and looked over the job- he told me a little about what they had done and why. Happy, I paid my bill and left with a song in my heart and a spring in my step.

I researched a lot before deciding on a place to have work done on my car. I started following The…read moreDetailing Pros on Facebook to see the kind of work they were doing. After I started to see the kinds of cars they worked on I was pretty sure they were the ones for me. After visiting their location, and talking with Cesar I made up my mind that this was the place to take my car. I brought my car in on a Tuesday evening and got it back in a week. They did say it could be done by Saturday, but it really didn't bother me to get it back late since it looked fantastic. I stopped by one of the days to take a look at the progress and was impressed how glossy my car looked. When I finally picked up my car after everything was done it looked brand new. The car is six years old so there are some chips in the front, but I liked that they called me with progress and let me know about all the imperfections. Furthermore, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything more. I truly felt like they were just informing me of things they found instead of trying to get me to buy more stuff. I recommend them over any other detailing shop, and will certainly be bringing my cars there in the future.
