A little work for me afterwards. On the outside a number of windows were left with water drops, which mad it hard to see if the window was really clean. Their answer was that it was clean water and would dry without spotting. Also windows not completely clean on the window perimeters. Lastly, they did not even take the time to put my garden hose back where it was found. But what can you expect for just $600 plus tax!

I called the business before buying the Groupon in May 2015. Mary told me that they are very busy but I should buy the Groupon and then call to schedule an appointment. So I bought the Groupon and called in July to schedule an appointment. It was a $25 Groupon for $50 worth (Mary told me that will be 5 windows). When I called for appointment she said their policies changed and the minimum that I need to schedule for is $175 to get $50 off for my Groupon!!! I had no way but to agree. This is just the beginning of nightmare. Scheduled for July 31st, 2PM. Got a call from Mary ON July 31st around noon for rescheduling as the work they are on in the morning is taking longer than expected. Okay, scheduled for August 7th at 10 am. Person named Matt showed up casually after 11am. I came back from work just to meet him and get the work started. There goes my 1 hour waiting for them to show up. No apologies for being late!!! Mary quoted $10/window. Matt told me my windows are too dirty (as if they were expecting me to call them clean my clean windows! ) and it would be $14.95/window. I was caught in this deal. I had to agree. Already so much time wasted. He quoted me $200 to do my windows. I just wanted this to be over and agreed, asked him to start work and told him to call me when he is close to finish (he said it would take atleast 4 hours) and I will be back to pay him. No calls. Got me worried. Came back to find no work has beed done and Matt is gone. Called Mary to find out he needed a taller ladder and will be back next day at 10am. Offered me 10% discount for the inconvenience. Well and good. Next day was Saturday (Mary told me they don't work on Saturday when I was scheduling, so they are making this special for me). I should feel good!! Got a call from Mary Saturday morning: they realized after 24hours that my house foundation is very high and they are insured to do only unto 2 stories windows. I asked them to do just the downstairs window and was told that they do not want to do my windows and get my money back from Groupon. This is my experience with this business. May be I should report them to BBB. You decide whether you want to do business with them.
