It's clean, not cramped at all, and there's plenty of seating, which makes waiting much more comfortable than at other laundromats. That said, the pricing really threw me off. The smallest washer (20 lb) is $5, which is honestly wild, I've never paid more than $3 for a machine that size anywhere else. While drying is free, it takes a very long time. The dryers don't seem to get very hot, and it feels like the heat and time decrease the more you dry, which forces you to separate loads just to get everything fully dry. Overall, the space itself is nice and comfortable, but the high washer prices and inefficient drying make it hard to justify coming back regularly.

The laundry facility itself is small and has a community feel, which I appreciate, BUT the staff here? Absolutely unacceptable. Rude, condescending, and outright misleading. FALSE ADVERTISING & STAFF WHO LIE TO CUSTOMERS On February 2, 2025, around 6 PM, I came in specifically to redeem a promo they advertised a free $10 with no stated minimum amount required. When I walked in, the staff immediately hovered over me, refusing to let me redeem the promo on my own. The older lady working insisted she had to do it for me. Then, out of nowhere, she tells me I have to add at least $25 or more to even get the free $10. Excuse me? That was NOWHERE in the advertisement. I showed her the post, and she still kept insisting on the fake minimum. To make matters worse, she kept speaking to me in Spanish even though I was clearly responding in English. I'm Hispanic, but that doesn't mean you can force Spanish on me. Just before I arrived, I watched her speak English perfectly to another customer, but she refused to do the same with me. That alone made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. When I told her I'd like to handle it myself, she hovered over me the entire time, trying to intimidate me and tell me it "wouldn't work." Well, guess what? I followed the Instagram instructions exactly as stated, and it worked without any issue proving that she was lying to me the entire time. This isn't just bad service; it's straight-up deceptive business practices. Why offer a promo and then try to scam customers with fake rules? After that, she continued watching me while I was washing my clothes and whispered to a co-worker about me in Spanish. Unbelievable. I came here for a simple laundry trip and ended up feeling targeted, judged, and treated like an inconvenience. SECOND VISIT, ANOTHER DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE I decided to give this place one last chance on February 8, 2025, and surprise, surprise the same rude, older lady was working the night shift again. This time, the issue was the restroom. I asked to use the restroom, and before even letting me in, she says "I need to enter the restroom first to make sure there are no surprises." EXCUSE ME? What kind of disgusting, disrespectful, and insulting comment is that? She literally insinuated that I would trash the restroom before even letting me in. I have never felt more humiliated in a public business. This woman has zero customer service skills and should be nowhere near a customer-facing role. Instead of doing her actual job of keeping the place clean, she's too busy hovering over customers, making them uncomfortable, and lying about promotions. FINAL VERDICT: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I will never come back, and I suggest everyone avoid this place until the owner seriously re-evaluates their staff. Here's my advice to management: * Train your employees properly--stop misleading customers about promotions! * Teach staff not to hover--people don't want someone breathing down their neck when entering personal information. * Stop with the rude, unnecessary judgmental comments--if a customer needs the restroom, don't treat them like a criminal. * If someone speaks to you in English, respond in English. I've seen Flor several evenings helping family after family and attending to various customers at once. Cleanliness: this location is fairly new so everything is still in pretty good shape. But on top of the newer machines, everything is clean and well maintained Time of day: we've been multiple times at various times of the week and never had to wait for machines. Parking: there has always been parking when we've come. Fully stocked: in case you forgot any items you may need to get your washing done - they conveniently have a fully stocked area to choose from.
