We decided that this was beyond our DIY scope and got three quotes for a bathroom, demo and remodel. Not only did Armen have a very reasonable price, but he was super involved and communicative. Additionally, he was very flexible with the materials that I wanted used and delivered the bathroom that I wanted. We love our new room and it is one of our favorite spaces in our entire house now. Roger came into my home knowing I needed a simple repair and immediately started talking about…read moreripping through my walls and rewiring my house. The original number he came up with was something like 25K (for a call about a light switch). We seemed to have reached some sort of agreement; and since I'm facilitating selling my mother's house, I got them in touch. Things seemed fine with the lesser fix of 2K. Two weeks before the house goes on the market, I text him and he tells me verbatim "I'm not fixing your electric". Pièce de ré·sis·tance, he blocks my number. 1. My mom & stepfather flew out from CA and fixed the problem in about two hours (along with a bunch of other things him and his buddy Austin left halfway finished: those took several days). 2. I don't think Roger's even a licensed electrician, and if he is, he needs to go back to school. 3. And wouldn't ya know it, he charged me $150 to do less than nothing--He pulled out wires and plates, ripped off part of my door frame for some reason, and then just left them for me to deal with. I wouldn't let this guy anywhere near my house again.

I can't say enough about the quality and caliber of the work they did in our home. They were also timely, working around the clock to get the project completed on budget and on time. Our project included 3 celling rip outs and installs, a brand new subfloor and flooring throughout the house, French doors added, recessed lighting, crown molding, bathroom renovation and green board installation. He also repaired all of our bowing walls, did mold abatement and insulation. The Elegant Home Finishing team is well rounded and more than capable of doing a whole home renovation. I generally don't write reviews, but it's rare to get this level of service and quality these days. Cannot recommend them enough!
