Let me start by saying the cleaners I've had consistently for the past 6 months have been nice and…read morearrived on time (Franciela is wonderful). However I have had a few hiccups over the past few years since I've used their service. Nothing I couldn't get over and that they didn't try their best to correct. I'm pretty easy going and understand stuff happens. What is leading me to write this review today is how their management handled my particular situation as a loyal patron of a few years. I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

The cleaners (Jimmy and Nolan) were prompt, showing up in the tight 15 minute window they gave for arrival time. Jimmy and Nolan did a great job on the carpets, sofa, chairs, and rugs we wanted cleaned. It was a quite obvious before/after difference. Jimmy and Nolan were friendly, personable, and professional, and their estimate of the time it would take to do the job was accurate. I decided to stick with them, though, because they're very responsive to criticism, and seemed to genuinely make things right. After a few months of service, I'm glad I did stick with them. Our regular cleaner, Asel, is phenomenal. Any changes to schedule, etc., are communicated well ahead of time.
