When we finally reached the point where we decided to hire someone, I was somewhat reluctant because of the amount of trash around our house. I remember my parents always telling us to clean before the cleaners come, but we were too overwhelmed to even do that. Fortunately, Martha was extremely kind and understanding and did not judge us at all during the initial consultation/estimate. When her team came, they went above and beyond for us. It feels like I can breathe in my house again, like a mental/emotional reset. The team was incredibly efficient while and being exceptionally thorough, even cleaning the huge mess behind our couches that I have learned to ignore. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services.

Traffic was their excuse for being late though I was the first house of the day. At first I was very turned off. However, the 2 ladies did an EXCELLENT job. Their cleaning exceeded my expectations. They dusted & straightened everything in my house including the ceiling fan & valances. We do a lot of online shopping. They cleared out all the boxes. Also, the kids were very well behaved. Getting on their calendar was a little challenging, presumably since many people were trying to schedule their voucher redemption. I was finally able to get a timeslot that worked. Because I needed to meet the crew during the day, and had to leave work to do so, I asked to be notified when they were headed to my apartment. While they did contact me, saying they were 30 minutes out, in fact it took them about an hour from that time to arrive. When the crew did arrive, they got straight to work and hit the two biggest areas of concern, in this case the kitchen and the bathroom. They worked quickly and efficiently, making the place cleaner than it had been in a long time. Maybe I'll actually get my deposit back. I have never cleaned my oven because I am very sensitive to harsh chemicals and maybe I had been wishing it would just clean itself!?! It now sparkles. As well, we have an enclosed glass shower that shows the hard water spots and I have never gotten it back to shiny clean because I use Eco Friendly cleaners. These were the only two areas that needed a stronger cleaner and they used it, and I am glad. My house smells so clean and fresh. The three main reasons I am now hiring Bridget's monthly service are: 1) I can schedule on a Saturday so that I can take my dogs out to give the Professionals (yes, they are Professional Cleaners in my book) some peace and be able to leave the door open, etc. 2) Very clear communication, one of the two Professionals spoke perfect English and there were no mis-communications which I have experienced in the past from other services. 3) My hardwood floors are super clean, there is no residue and no evidence of too much water which usually happens when I clean them (that's why I do not qualify as a Professional!!). One last thing...I felt as though they held pride in their work. When I told them everything was perfect, I could tell they left very happy in a job well-done.
