She talked to me about the different options for cleaning, and somehow I brought up my now ex-boyfriend and that I wanted a fresh apartment and that my other cleaning service has been flaking on me. Kelly, said I got you and I'll have someone at your place at 8am. The next text was from LaTina introducing herself and confirming the appointment. HUGE change from the cleaning service I was using for 6 years. I really appreciated that level of service. As for the cleaning LaTina, thank you so much! You were early, and did an amazing job through and through. The picture shows how bright you got the space. Everything for the first time in awhile feels good in the apartment. The energy a light and positive and I thank you for bringing that back. I will be using on LA Luxury from now on. New cleaning service, hopefully a new boyfriend too. But for now I got a great crew. Thank you LaTina and Kelly.

I shared this concern with Dawit who assured me that if anything was below our level of satisfaction, he would take care of it himself. And he stood behind his word. Dawit was contracted to clean our temporary office for a week. We rented a house and used it for meetings; there was A LOT of foot traffic. The first day of cleaning was a little rough because of traffic jams, nevertheless, Dawit and his guy did a spotless job. Even after his guy became unavailable, Dawit and his wife stepped in and continued to do impeccable work. His wife, went above and beyond with pin-pointing areas that needed to be wiped down. Overall, they were on time, quick, efficient and communicated well with our needs. I definitely recommend him.

My house needed a post-construction cleaning to be ready for a move-in. ELDA sold itself as capable…read moreof commercial cleaning a site full of construction dust, but the employees were not qualified or equipped to accomplish those tasks (and didn't). I was promised two workers, but one left after a few hours, leaving the other to fend for themselves (and leaving car oil stains in our driveway). When I arrived, the remaining cleaner was packing up to leave even though she wasn't even close to being finished. The business owner went to the site and admitted it was substandard work. Basically, they were doing a commercial job with Swiffers and a bottle of Windex! Even though one of the cleaners worked late and came back the next day for two hours, many of the areas were just breezed through, including places I told them they'd missed (you could see the dirt left on the floor--my designer took off her shoes and her feet were black after a matter of minutes). They didn't even have extenders to their Swiffers, so they couldn't clean the high places as promised (I had to loan them a ladder). Then I was billed for all the extra hours (with a minor 15% discount--Gee, thanks!). If you want basic maids doing a small amount of dusting and vacuuming, maybe. But anything more? Look elsewhere. I would give it one star, but at least the owner was willing to settle on a kill fee.

She asked for inspections after each room, which she did a great job cleaning rooms that haven't been deep cleaned in months I appreciate that there was a flat cost upfront. It was the main reason I went with the company over others that were vague around the price range. It was $175 for 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen without fridge cleaning. However, 2 stars are lost from my review because the smell from cleaning the oven is lingering on after 24 hours. I obviously wouldn't have known that this was a problem when the cleaner was around otherwise I would've told her to do another round of cleansing the oven from the cleaning products, and I know she would've gladly done the extra work. But the morning after the cleaning, I noticed the smell and aired it out all day. The smell hasn't gone away and it's been all day of the oven being open and the stove vent being on. I messaged the company and they said it isn't a problem and I should continue using the oven. The fumes smell bad and it would definitely affect my food (and my health) negatively, even if the cleaning product is 'non-toxic', so it's one less star for awful advice from the company. And another star was gone because I wish that they were more apologetic and offered a small refund because now I have to do the cleansing of the fumes myself and I couldn't use my newly cleaned over for an extra 24 hours, which means more work for me after a cleaning!

K got me a living social deal for a DEEP cleaning. Although my glass mirrors were very clean and she organized my counter and coffee table stuff, I felt there were serious areas lacking. No mopping of any part of my place (tile, wood, etc). She only vacuumed the area rugs (you have to supply your own vacuum) briefly and she used a broom to brush dust into a corner before using her hand to pick it up and put it into a bag. I felt that the cleaning over all was just superficial (glass and stuff that make a quick impact) while the major elements that I needed (mopping, good vacuuming, nitty gritty parts of bathroom and bedrooms) were ignored. She was very friendly and the whole cleaning took about 1.5 hours? But they did spend a while just standing in the kitchen chatting. Her friend kept checking her phone while cleaning the kitchen (no heavy duty stuff, just simple spray and wipe). They also used up all of my kitchen paper towels because apparently they don't bother with their own rags? I'm just confused...I've had other house cleaning people before and for cheaper (at the supposed full price rate), and gotten a super clean house.
