A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. I also paid additional for dish washing. The dishes were done poorly and I had to rewash everything. I recommended them to a friend and they had the same experience in regards to lack of attention to detail. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.
