Hardwood floors in living room and master bedroom and tile in bathrooms and kitchen and dining area. I have 2 cats, 1 small wiener dog, a husband and an adult daughter in the home. They came out in a timely manner. There was no language barrier, which I was glad about. 1st they didn't wear masks. They did a pretty good job at cleaning the bathrooms except the floors. The floors were gritty afterwards and pieces of lint or dirt scattered about. They did not sweep-or mop under my coffee table, couch, kitchen table or bed in master bedroom. They completely neglected to dust anywhere. After mopping I went around and found fur balls under the kitchen table and dirt scattered throughout. I was extremely frustrated and called the owner. She asked if I could send her some pictures and I did. She agreed they did a poor job and stated that she could have them come out again to clean. I told her that I wouldn't be comfortable having the same 2 girls come back out without her supervision because that would be uncomfortable for me. She gave me 1 day that they could come back out before Christmas because that was the main point I needed done before Christmas. It didn't work with my schedule because I had to work and don't feel comfortable having them in my home without a family member being present. She said okay sorry we are all booked up otherwise so she would just lower the cost of what was actually done. I was not satisfied nor happy about her lack of customer service skills. I would be out of a chunk of the money I set aside for cleaning and would still need to have someone else come finish the job. I told her I didn't feel that this was fair and that I didn't think I should have to pay for a service that was poorly done and incomplete. She got very nasty and highly offensive after that and stated that she knew I wasn't going to pay and that I just wanted a free cleaning. Definitely would never recommend this company for anything.

I expected a beautiful sparkling clean space. The job was cut short suddenly at 3 hrs without warning & only 1/2 done. I was told they'd work until completed so we weren't rushing. Nothing was said about a time cap. Essentially, I paid $125 + $20 tip for 1 bathroom, kitchen, 3 windows & a French door. I cleaned before, during and after to maximize the session & meet my goal of an immaculately clean space. Julie, however, was very nice and hard working and did an amazing job on my oven. She was just as surprised as I about being cut short with no warning. The owner offered to send someone out to finish, but by that time I was out of time and my staycation is over (no more time to focus on a reschedule as I had planned to get it all done today).

Then it would be 100.00 per cut after that. So it went from 160.00 per month to 100.00 per week. This is called bate & switch. Anybody can do a satellite image of any property Prior to cutting the yard. Or walk the property prior to cutting the yard.
