First visit was ok. They charged extra for first visit for a "deep cleaning" and yet there were…read morethings like the master bath tub, that was not clean after they left. I figured ok, they can get it better next visit. Next vist scheduled for Friday the 5th, 2024. Was called and told they could not make it. Rescheduled for Wedsnesday the 10th at 1pm (for a two hour visit). I said that was fine. Today is the 10th... it is currently 2:23pm and still no maids. I did call at 1:48pm to let the office know there was no one here yet, and I have an appointment at 4pm that I need to leave here at 3:45pm for. I was told they would be there in a few minutes, and with two maids they could clean quickly. Not happy... and will not use these people again. Unreliable! They arrived at 2:26 and were finished by 3:17pm. So not even here an hour... I do not let the house get that dirty. But still get charged full 2 hour price for my two bedroom townhome, even though I do not let them clean on e bedroom at all.

Hired Zauli Maids to clean my new apartment we were moving into. I asked Anna the maid to text or…read morecall me an hour before she was done so I can inspect it and lock up since my wife and I along with our two babies were living in a hotel 45 minutes away. Anna sent me a message at 9:30pm saying she was done. I came by and she was gone so I briefly looked it over and locked the door. The next day we checked out of the hotel and came to our new apartment to have the movers we hired unload our moving truck. To our dismay, the apartment was not cleaned good at all and the kitchen was fulthy, baseboards were dirty and there were little black curly hairs all over in the house. Because the movers were moving everything in to our 3 bedroom apartment, we had to clean certain areas just to use them and put the boxes and beds where they belong. Long story short, I called and asked for half of my money back since the job was done so terribly. Juliana wanted to send Anna back. I said no because we had to clean up the areas since they were cleaned so poorly. I took pictures and sent them to them as well. I kept telling the owner " Why would I want her to come back and clean it again if that's the quality of work she performs. I have left messages and now Juliana is not calling back. Stay away from this maid service and use a reputable one.
