I believe they have AI bots taking the calls for booking. First visit was ok. They charged extra for first visit for a "deep cleaning" and yet there were things like the master bath tub, that was not clean after they left. I figured ok, they can get it better next visit. Next vist scheduled for Friday the 5th, 2024. Was called and told they could not make it. Rescheduled for Wedsnesday the 10th at 1pm (for a two hour visit). I said that was fine. Today is the 10th... it is currently 2:23pm and still no maids. I did call at 1:48pm to let the office know there was no one here yet, and I have an appointment at 4pm that I need to leave here at 3:45pm for. I was told they would be there in a few minutes, and with two maids they could clean quickly. Not happy... and will not use these people again. Unreliable! They arrived at 2:26 and were finished by 3:17pm. So not even here an hour... I do not let the house get that dirty. But still get charged full 2 hour price for my two bedroom townhome, even though I do not let them clean on e bedroom at all. read more

So many people recommend their service. My house is only 1100 sq ft and not that complicated. $300 later and the floors were not even clean. Baseboards were still dusty because those are not included in the service. Only 1 person was sent to clean by herself for 2 hours. More of a "tidy up" service than actual cleaning, made beds etc. Business wanted to text back and forth with me about arriving outside of scheduled time, while I was in meetings at work. To me, the service was definitely not worth the hassle. Can clean better myself within an hour on the weekend, I guess. read more

I hired Extreme Maids to deep clean my home before showing. Did not clean the windows (which I paid extra for), clean the shower door, dusting was subpar, and they broke the front of my sink cabinet! Then Aubrey in the office proceeded to tell me her employees denied breaking the faux drawer. My elderly husband and I live alone and know it's not a drawer so why would we break it and lie. Instead of just reimbursing me for a handyman to fix it, they want to "escalate" it. Do NOT believe their guarantee. They refuse to refund my money for poor cleaning and breaking my sink base. I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card because I spent $300 on my house that I had to reclean myself and fix a broken panel. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I needed an apartment move-out cleaning -- after all, when you're in the middle of a move, the last thing you have time to do is do a deep clean. I liked that I could schedule an appointment online, and they thankfully had availability the week of my move out, so I booked them for a Wednesday in the middle of the day. Since I was going to be at work, I called and asked that they give me a 15-minute heads up that they were on their way so I could be there to let them in. Vanessa texted me and let me know her ETA, so I headed over there and met up with her outside my apartment complex. She brought all of her supplies with her and I showed her around the unit. Since I still had a few things there, she and I moved them out onto the balcony so she could clean the floors. I had to go back to work so I didn't get to see the end result until that evening -- and wow! Vanessa did such a great, thorough job. The place smelled wonderfully and everything was spotless, from the inside of the cabinets and the fridge to the hard water stains in the tub. I started using Extreme Maids in 2017. They have really good teams who do a wonderful job! Even after I moved to different part of the city, I still was able to keep my same crew. The only reason that I did not give the company 5 stars is not the cleaning itself, but the consistency. I like having the same person or crew, as they know the way I like the house cleaned. But in the past few years, teams have changed several times. I am thinking that their teams are so good that folks hire them away. But all are professional and do a terrific job. Used this service for the first time today. Got the Deep Clean with Patio Wash. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I wanted a good Spring cleaning and an apartment that was as fresh as the day I moved in, and that is exactly what I got! Couldn't be happier with the results. Easy online scheduling for great service. I don't clean. Say what?! I wholeheartedly blame my parents, sorry Dad, but I know you don't read my reviews so you won't be hurt by this anyways. Growing up I never had chores. The first time I had to do laundry was in college and I had to ask someone for help. I still put everything together and just use normal wash, which may be why my husband insists on doing the laundry. I have a very high tolerance for mess so often my husband and I end up playing chicken while things get dirtier and dirtier and then he cleans. (Or I have a super long phone call which is the only time I feel the need to do something with my hands so I don't go insane). Enter a cleaning service. It's a luxury, but might be a necessary one in our case. Then again, we haven't died or gotten seriously sick yet, but I digress. Our new home is a little over 2,500 sq ft. I tried to Swiffer the floors and found it takes forever! That tiny Swiffer head does not cover enough area. Don't even get me started on dusting or vacuuming. It just isn't going to happen. The major reason I love Extreme Maids is because you can schedule online. I try hard not to talk to more people than I have to (once you start talking to me on the other hand, you won't be able to get me to stop). Right now, you can get 10% off by using YELP when you schedule online. The pricing is super reasonable. I did Request A Quote when we first moved to find out how much a ton of different cleaning services would cost and this was one of the best priced. They give you a window and then call before they are on their way. I had two cleaning members and they were here for a little over 2 hours. Everything smelled like lemon afterwards (which my husband doesn't like because he had some bad experience with lemon cleaning products, but honestly I didn't find bad), but everything was clean! They even collected all the trash. I'm sold on this cleaning service. The women were friendly, our house is clean, and I don't feel super poor. That's five stars in my book. read more

It has been a stressful month getting my home ready for potential buyers. Normally, I clean my own house and I do it often. However, with working full-time and being a mother and having handymen coming on a daily basis to make repairs or improvements, I simply couldn't face doing a deep clean so I caved and called for help. My phone call to Extreme Maids was pleasant. I was put on the schedule asap and the person I spoke with was very nice and efficient. The day of, the ladies called me first to tell me they were on their way and they showed up at my home on time. I was not there when they arrived but my husband was. He said they got right to work and didn't talk much. They brought their own equipment. I came later when they were finishing up. I started poking around and checking to see if certain things had been deep-cleaned and found they had. I was surprised at how thorough they were. Why not 5 stars? A little bit later I was doing my normal routine and noticed some areas were not cleaned properly or at all. The kitchen cabinet doors had not been cleaned and the window sills in my living room were not cleaned. I would have pointed it out to the ladies but I didn't notice until they were long gone. I was very reluctant to hire someone I didn't know to come into my home but I had heard from two other friends who have used this service and couldn't stop saying enough about them so I had to give them a try. My home is over 3000 ft.² and very spread out with upstairs and downstairs and many windows and many bathrooms. Since it was their first cleaning I had to get the deep clean and I added on windows, baseboard and dusting of blinds. I am blown away the lengths this company will go to in the name of customer satisfaction. I bought this as a gift to friends I stayed with to thank them. While they were satisfied with the end result, I saw a few things after close inspection the following two days. The owner or manager called to insure our satisfaction whereby I voiced my concerns. At this point he insisted they come back even though I told him it wasn't necessary. When the ladies returned, they were so apologetic and humble I was ashamed for being so picky. The house had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time since they had fired there previous maid. Of course these ladies should be expected to miss a few things with so much to do from the months of improper cleaning compounded by indoor animals. They re cleaned the house from top to bottom. I was again contacted to insure my satisfaction. I'm a bit embarrassed at this point for nitpicking the original cleaning. I can't recommend them more highly. You will be satisfied.
