First, this company misrepresented their price. They said $100 estimate for two hours and then…read morecharged $280. They also first said the $100 for 2 hours, and then later said they have a policy of minimum time of 4 hours, totally inconsistent and unfair. Second, this company tried to hide the fact that they did not finish cleaning the home. They knew I was out of town and promised photos, but didn't send them. Then when they did they hid his bad it still was. I'm attaching a photo of their idea of maid perfection. Third, in trying to work out the unclean home they said they would clean it but created impossible conditions. I simply asked that they try to clean the shower pan, and I showed them a photo of it clean 12 months ago, but they wouldn't agree to complete the cleaning.

They've been reminding me through a text a couple days before the appointments and even on the appointment day they texted too let me know they were on their way. They are very good at communicating. Videlia and Araceli, were very friendly, asking questions like- Do I prefer they take their shoes off while working? Is there a certain area they should pay attention to? Is there anything specific they need to know before they begin? They are also very friendly about letting my little puppy run around. They were here 2 hours each. After reading all the yelp reviews and getting few quotes from different businesses, I found Fresh & Pristine. I messaged them and got a quick response from Adriana, the business owner. I asked for a quote. She wasn't able to provide it over the message as she needed to see the place to give a more accurate quote. Set a date for her to come out. She came out, looked at everything and gave me a quote. I was already prepared the quote will be high but to my surprise, it was way lower than all the other quotes I received prior. Availability was reasonable. Decided to hire them. On the day of the cleaning, there were 3 cleaners. They brought all their equipments and supplies. The whole cleaning took around 6 hours. They were super detailed and thorough with their cleanings. After the cleaning was done, we did a walkthrough and they wanted to ensure I was satisfied with everything before they left. I highly recommend them. I will hire them again in the future when I need another deep cleaning :)

I was looking for a new cleaner for my home and came across Karen and her company. She seemed…read morepromising as she was responsive and her estimates were reasonable during our first interaction. However after the first deep clean, her employees damaged all four of my bathroom sinks from scrubbing hard water stains with a pumice stone. This was the method she had recommended after recognizing my sinks were made of a delicate material. I brought it up to Karen and she agreed the company should be financially responsible for replacement as it was their fault. I ordered the parts and let Karen know of the cost, and surprising have not received any responses back. I understand mistakes happen, and was never rude or even expressed any type of irritation. I even paid Karen exactly what she quoted me for the cleaning immediately after the job was completed. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but unfortunately in this case I got the short end of the stick. I really had no official complaints aside from the damage. This is even considering they were at least 20-30min late to both visits to my home (estimate+first cleaning), it took two people five hours to clean my 3bed/2bath home that was already getting professionally cleaned every 1-2 weeks, and most of my living room furniture was out of place after they were done. I was even willing to continue to work with them depending on how they handled this situation, but obviously Karen and her company do not care about their promises, their word, or their responsibilities when caring for someone's home. ***Response to Karen*** Actually Karen, I texted you Friday morning about the cost. Remember all texts are time stamped and no need to lie about anything to make yourself look better publicly. If you took responsibility or cared at all you would have replied back. All the drain tops had was hard water stains like I mentioned but if you want to be petty and make excuses than that is more of a reflection of yourself and your company.
