From first contact with the company's representative Ryan, everything about trying to fix or replace my hail damaged roof was handled smoothly. I hadn't known where to even start re: placing a claim, but he started the process and handled the paperwork, coordinated the adjuster meetings, had details about exactly what my options were, provided samples and addresses for finished roofs in my area, everything. My adjuster even mentioned this AZ company was always a pleasure to deal with. In my immediate neighborhood, 4 of us went with Skylux and were impressed whether it was for a pitched or flat roof. There was no pressure, no upselling, just information to help me make the best decision for my particular circumstances and at a surprisingly fair price! In my case the job was done in a day by a team that worked like a team, and there wasn't even a trace of the old shingles, tar paper, or nails to be found around the property, no broken branches on bushes and no property damage. Bravo Skylux!
