Well, it cannot be pressure cleaned but it can be no-pressure washed with a chlorine like chemical. My roof is clean now but there were a lot more shingle pebbles that came down through my gutters than what I expected. There are also more that come down with each rain storm. I don't seem to have any problems with the quality of of the work done and I would definitely call this company again. They gave a good estimate and were able to be paid easily. The whole cleaning took only a few hours and it also did not bother any of my landscape. They are licensed and insured which is important when someone climbs on the roof and is working with water and electricity.

We recently worked with Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning. We were very impressed with their rapid…read moreresponse, good communication and quick execution time. Our pool deck was really grimy. While our pool infrastructure is great, I don't think the last owner pressure washed in a very long time. So the entire area needed some serious freshening up. We spent quite a while looking for a company that was available so close to the 4th of July holiday. Most companies were either booked solid or not even answering. We then found Coral Springs. We talked to Beverly who was very helpful, kind and informative and went out of her way to get us a time slot in their jam packed schedule. She followed up with us over the course of 2 days until something opened up! We really appreciated it. Pretty impressive customer service! As for the technician, he did excellent work. He moved quickly and was very effective. Our deck looks squeaky clean! The price was very competitive too. We were so impressed with them were thinking about pressure washing the entire house. Five stars for Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning!

DO NOT HIRE unless you want your paint to start chipping around your house and landscaping killed!!…read more I hired this company yesterday to pressure wash my roof, and specifically asked for him not to use chemicals during the cleaning because we just had new $5000 landscaping put in and are about to list our house for sale. Despite my ask, he used chemicals and our brand new landscaping 24 hours later is dying rapidly. Also, our garage door has fading marks and paint chips all over it despite being freshly painted a couple weeks ago. It's going to cost me more to fix all the things he ruined than it cost me to hire him, so please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE!!! Go find another company that will keep their word. I've had my roof pressure cleaned before and they didn't use chemicals and it looked great...there is absolutely no need to use chemicals.

He was able to check out the situation the very next day, and had quoted a very reasonable number to do the work. However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. Nothing. While I can't comment on the quality of his work, and certainly can on his character. I would recommend him to anyone.

Many years ago, I used G&J Painting (John Silva and Guillermo Silva are the owners) for the outside…read moreof my house, and I was satisfied with the result. When it came time to paint the inside of my house, since they did a satisfactory job on the outside, I decided to use them for the inside as well. BIG MISTAKE! Painting the outside of the house was much easier and faster than the inside as they sprayed the outside. When it came to the inside of the house, they rolled, and that takes a lot more skill and preparation, both of which they lacked. There were three main issues/problems with the project: 1. G&J Painting damaged the header box/headrail of one of my expensive Hunter Douglas window coverings, which cannot be replaced as the fabric color is no longer available. They dripped gray paint onto white fabric, and instead of gently removing it, they attempted to "scrub" it off, totally damaging the fabric on the header box/headrail, as shown in the picture provided. 2. They did not tape any areas whatsoever. For example, where one color was used for the wall (grey) and another for the ceiling (white), they should have used tape to separate the colors, but did not. Instead, they attempted to paint freehand, and as you can see, the grey wall paint ended up on the ceiling because there was no straight line created by the tape. Tape was not used and should have been. This was an issue in many locations within the house. 3. They were careless and messy and dripped paint on furniture covers, office furniture, and other places, as shown in the pictures. Based on the above three issues, I will never use G&J Painting again and recommend that you don't either!!
