I mentioned to the guy onsite and he was not concerned. Told me I should have said something before my wash was competed. WTH! I expected my $4.50 back. I ended up spending another $4.50 in a different washer because I had still had clothes to dry. On top of that, he did not place a "out of order" sign on it. SMH Never again, I rather go to a packed laundry mat where customers are properly greeted and know they will do the right thing by their customers.

The people that come to these places are very humble and appreciate the service provided including myself but when it comes to getting a refund which is not entirely the customers fault due to machines not fully working properly. It would be nice to be seen as a person that appreciates the laundry. The person I talked to lacked the common courtesy and compassion that all human beings should naturally have. As a teacher and parent I believe kindness and compassion should always be taught at and early age. I guess some people learn differently. What I learned today was that not everyone is here to serve their higher purpose. But I'd like to thank Laundry Express for allowing me to use your facility. I trust that the one who own the facility appreciate the people who use the laundry mat and not take advantage of people who just needs to use the machines to clean and wash their clothes.

While the facility is clean and the staff is wonderful, I am giving this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star because of a frustrating issue with the dryer timers. ​Whenever you open a dryer door to pull a few items out early, the timer keeps ticking down. You end up losing precious minutes that you paid for while the machine is paused. I have mentioned this before, and I really hope the owner can find a way to remedy this so the timer pauses when the door is opened. ​Aside from that issue, the facility itself is great. It is about two years old, filled with excellent new machines, and kept incredibly clean. I also appreciate that when the owner adjusted the dryers to 10 cents a quarter, he lowered the washing machine prices from $5.75 down to $5.00. Another big plus is the late hours, with the last wash at 8:00 PM and closing at 10:00PM ​The absolute best part of this laundromat is the staff. There are three ladies who work here, including Elena, who opens in the morning. They are the heartbeat of this business and work incredibly hard. ​Recently, the owner seems to have secured a new hotel contract because flatbeds and trucks have been arriving loaded down with massive trailers of dirty laundry. Even though their workload has easily tripled, these three women don't skip a beat. They keep the place spotless--constantly wiping down the machines inside and out, cleaning the dryers, and keeping the floors immaculate--all while being warm and friendly to everyday customers. ​Because the laundromat is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, these ladies are putting in long, demanding days, with Elena often working past her shift to handle the commercial laundry. I did appreciate that the attendant was helpful, it was a comfortable temperature inside and a relaxing vibe in there However, some of the washers were leaking, several were broken and some of the dryers were out of service. There was also no soap in the restroom. I wasn't also shocked to see that the machines were coins only.

No regrets. The setup's better than expected: couches and stools in the waiting area, WiFi that actually works, and vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks if you're in it for the long haul. Plenty of food options nearby, too, if your wash cycle turns into lunch. Big washers are $5.00, dryers run you 25¢ for every 5 minutes. Bring quarters or hit the change machine--it's right near the vending machines. Bonus: they offer fluff & fold services. I used to love this when I lived in San Diego--there's something magical about getting your laundry back clean, folded, and ready to put away like you have your life together. This time around, I brought my GuppyFriend bag (because microplastic pollution is real), and asked the staff if the machines have built-in filters. I've been trying for 2 days to speak with someone at the Conyers best laundry in Conyers Georgia…read moreand each time all I get is the robot lady and the first time I ever heard it I thought it really was a person until it would not answer my questions and would talk over me and I could try to interrupt it and it would not be interrupted. Anyway I was in a very bad wreck and I have several disabilities and I wanted to ask some questions about the facility itself and speak with someone who's actually in there not someone from an office at another location or from some robot voice that's been programmed to say certain things. I really wanted to speak with someone especially after all the wonderful reviews that I have read . I still have yet to hear back from anyone but each time that I called I was assured that someone would be getting in touch with me . Three times yesterday and three times today . I would call back after 3 hours of not getting a call back I would try them again . My last call was actually more like a regular voicemail rather than the robot lady . But I still have not received a call back . And I really needed to do some laundry since my washing machine is having issues and I do have disabilities from a really bad wreck and Connor's best laundry is just around the corner from me so it's very close by I know there's a lot of parking even though there's not a lot right in front of it but still it's better than traveling someplace else and ending up in a place that it's not very clean or not very good or not very updated. And everything I've read about this facility sounds wonderful. Except for the fact I can't get anybody to answer the phone and I can't get anybody to return my phone calls . And again like I said earlier in another review please overlook spelling and capitalization and punctuation because it's not letting me correct them very easily at all and my hands don't do that well anyway but I do know how to spell and I know how to capitalize and I know how to punctuate but between this thing and my stupid phone with the wonderful updates that make all your settings go away I can't seem to win for losing you know what I mean .? So please Overlook those things because I really do know how to spell most the time and punctuate most the time and capitalize most the time .
