So I've gone to a few shops today looking for a specific product, been having difficulty finding it at each of the shops. I explained each of the employees what I'm looking for, and I've spent about an hour driving around going from shop to shop. I then come into this shop, and the technician knew exactly what I was describing, he didn't have one in stock, he called a sister shop, they didn't have it in stock. And the guy said that I can come back in a week or so and it might be there, and then he actually said, hold on, let me find out. He took my name, he took my phone number, and he said he's going to call his manufacturer to see when he can get one in the shop. I'm writing this the review right now, I still don't have the product that I'm looking for, but I am blown away at the little bit of extra effort this person is taking to help me, and whether he finds it for me today or next week, I will definitely be coming back. read more

In town from Utah. A few seals went bad on tank and were leaking all over. Needed to get them replaced and didn't necessarily want to purchase a new tank. Found clean smoke on yelp and google and they had excellent reviews so I decided to stop by after a quick call. Basil answered the phone and was very friendly. He said he had some loose seals laying around and to stop in. Arrived and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Basil got his handy tool box full of seals and found the ones that I needed, changed them for me, and boom...tank no longer leaking. Saved me $30-50 by fixing for me. I went to this store for the first time a couple of days ago and met Natashsa. She was extremely knowledgable and took the time to help me with whatever questions I had. As vaping is still fairly new to most people (me included), sometimes there can be a bit of a wait as many customers had a lot of questions. She definitely tries to answer as many of the concerns people have about products and use. I think the biggest thing is if you walk in here saying you need something specific, then well they give you what you ask for...which is what most people would do. First off let me say that the universe is vast and there are billions and billions of e-cig shops across the cosmos. Avoid this one and pick another. I will say they have great product selection and their e-liquids are awesome. But their customer service is shotty at best. Most of the guys at this location are pretty kind and helpful, however, two employees in particular Darrien and Azzie, are incredibly arrogant and condescending about their knowledge of vape pens and set-ups and were extremely unhelpful when it comes to replacing or fixing broken products. Claiming there was nothing wrong with it... When my pen had been leaking for a few weeks. They don't even have a real register and you have to either receive it by e-mail or text for receipts. I prefer to have a physical copy thank you very much. You can't exchange a product unless a manager is there... so when I attempted to do so I was told to come in later. Extremely inconvenient. If this is their policy a manager should always be present in the store. I wish I could have left them a better review but this place can kick rocks. The guys at Up in Smoke are way more awesome. Super cool people and awesome products and juices. The Vape Addict Juices brand is my favorite, almost all the flavors are delicious and smooth. The staff are always helpful , not one of them will give you an attitude. There's a water cooler and a couch, so you can hang out here and test out new juices while discussing everything vape from atomizers to the best sticks to the best juices and all. Stopped in here looking for a 306 atomizer drip tip, which they did not carry. The employee that helped me wasn't familiar with the 306's or their use. I took a couple minutes to educate him and show him something new, and let him try out my eVic with a de-bridged 306 atty and my DIY juice. He thanked me for the info, and noticed that the USB port on my eVic was missing it's plug cover, and offered me a replacement for free. Best shop I've been to! Came in here to see if someone could help me with my leaking Smoke Alien after getting little help at the shop I purchased it at. Not only did Billy fix my leak problem, but he also showed me step by step how to prevent leaks in the future. He gave me a new free coil and let me try a few different juices before I settled on my next flavor.
