The only two people who were genuinely friendly and welcoming were the young woman who handled the registration process and the security guard. Beyond that, there was very little greeting, introduction, or effort to help me as a first-time customer who was clearly unfamiliar with the products. I explained exactly what I was looking for, yet I was only shown three options despite the amount of stock in the store. The products were basically placed on the counter with very little explanation. Trying to get information or ask questions felt like trying to pry open a clam. I should not have to pull information out of employees when I am standing there ready to make a purchase and asking for guidance. I eventually purchased a product, only to get home and discover that it needed to be charged. No one mentioned that possibility or warned me that I could leave the store with a product I could not immediately use. The product did not come with the charger I needed, so now I have to make another trip back to the store. I decided called going back maybe there was a magic button I wasn't seeing. But their first initial effort was to tell me I have seven days to return with the product so they can TEST IT and determine whether it QUALIFIES for a replacement. I was also told there would be no refund. This is extremely frustrating. If a product requires a charge and does not include the necessary charger, I believe the store should make sure the item is adequately charged before selling it or, at the very least, clearly inform the customer before the purchase. What concerned me even more was being told there can be an issue with a percentage of these products UP TO 25% or more. If there is a known possibility that a customer may purchase a faulty or nonfunctioning item, that information should be clearly explained upfront before making a purchase --especially when the store has a no-refund policy. Overall, I left feeling uninformed, poorly assisted, and dissatisfied with both the customer service and the way the product issue is being handled. Based on my first experience, I cannot recommend this store. First-time customers should feel welcomed, educated about the products, and confident in what they are purchasing. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Save your yourself the hassle, frustration, and having to go back just so they can test the product that you purchased to see if it's deemed to replaceable cause they sold you faulty one. I do not recommend this dispensary at all. The value on all levels is disappointing. There's plenty of other dispensaries in the area that will give you much better service and the staff will be better educated in the product and customer service.

I don't smoke, but my son does & I want him to quit. I was lost when I came in, & there were a few people waiting before me. A girl working greeted me, & said I would be helped soon. 3people we're working. A little while later I was still waiting, & the girl smiled & winked @ me. She said "you're up next". That made me feel more comfortable. She asked a lot of questions, & gave me a lot of information. She seemed very knowledgable & genuine on helping my son quit. I asked for a card, & She gave me something better. A coupon w/her name to give my son as encouragement for him to visit. I paid much less than expected. At one point we laughed when she gave me a price, because I thought it was for just the battery. Turns out that price was my entire total. I recommend this place for anyone. Whether your skilled in this e cigarette business, or new to it. I left feeling like I had a much better understanding of it all. I had a genuine positive experience here. read more

So let me start off by saying this. Ive never wrote a yelp review and never planned on doing so but today that changed. I came in today with the intentions of just asking a few questions and meeting my mother for mothers day down the road at a Mexican restaurant. I walked in around 6:30ish and was greeted by a guy wearing glasses I can't remember his name sadly. However luckily for me he was nice enough to answer all my questions and I even bought a disposable from him because he was so kind. I picked his brain for a couple of hours and even tried to leave a tip and he told me not to worry about it. This shop gave me such a good experience ill definitely be coming back and I'm still surprised they were open on mothers day he even mentioned they closed at 10pm. I've been buying my ecig supplies from "Up in Smoke" before today, and today was my first visit to Clean Smoke. My main reason for going is because Up in Smoke was not able to answer all of my questions about ECigs and I figured since this place specialized in it, they might be able to answer some questions for me. Not only does this place have top quality, but in almost all regards, it is cheaper than "Up in Smoke", and the staff is much more knowledgeable to answer all your questions about ECigs. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for Ecig supplies, or just curious and wants to ask questions to the knowledgeable staff. In addition, this location had a sanitary, "try before you buy" bar for all the flavors (at least the ones I wanted) which made me much more comfortable buying the liquid from them that I would be committed to for the next couple weeks. I googled e-smoke in my area, and it took me just down the street from my home to the Clean Smoke store. The store was very nice, clean and well organized. There were two guys there, who were so ready to help me find the right item and got me up and running in no time. They had great knowledge of the product and displayed wonderful customer service. The woman that works here is the best. I've gone a few times and she works with you like a friend, lets you try out things you might want to buy, is really honest and doesn't BS you or talk about things she doesn't know. She saved me about $30 from getting a new atomizer when my clearo cracked by drilling some new holes and giving me a new glass for $5. ALSO she replaced the juice I had in the cracked clearomizer for free. I can't stress enough how great this place is. I've been to nearly every ecig store in Orange County is by far the best. They have a large selection of juices and the staff are always helpful. They also carry a plethora of different accessories for your ecig and a variety of batteries and tanks. This is the place to go. Love it!! I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this smoke shop and will never be coming back…read more When my mom and I walked in, there was no employee at the counter, so we started looking around to find what we needed on our own. Instead of greeting us or offering assistance when he finally came out, the guy behind the counter immediately spoke to us in a condescending, rude tone, like we were children who had done something wrong. There was absolutely no reason for his attitude. We were simply trying to shop, and instead we were treated with disrespect from the moment he approached us. Customer service should never make people feel belittled or unwelcome, especially when they were left without any help to begin with. If you value being treated with basic courtesy and respect, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. My mom and I will definitely never be back.
