I own a heavy duty steam cleaner (the kind people rent from Lowes) and nothing would budge these stains except for Steve's equipment (and elbow grease)! He spent three hours on my two sofas- and barely charged me. His rates were exceptionally reasonable. This is someone who stand behind his work and knows what approach to take so as to have it be effective and safe for your fabrics. My company entered into a contract with Easystreet Cleaning for a very specific time frame in order…read moreto minimize inconvenience to our customers. Upon my arrival to the job site this morning, I discovered that Easystreet was over an hour and a half late. I called their office to speak with Miranda, the Office Manager that facilitated the contract, and she directed me to the owner, Frank. Frank then berated me for calling their office with concerns that the project would not be completed within the outlined time frame. He very rudely told me that he did not need our business and that he would be happy to cancel the entire job. He then went on to tell me that he had been in business for over 45 years and that I did not need to worry about their timing. The crew that finally arrived (one hour and 49 minutes late) was very apologetic and efficient with their work, which helps to counter their incredibly unprofessional owner. Due to the poor customer service and lack of cooperation that I received from Frank, I have removed Easystreet from our approved vendor list and he will no longer be doing business with a national, multimillion dollar corporation.

I was at the Dutchess County Sheep and Wool Festival (both days) this year, and saw the ProClean…read morestaff in action; they were in charge of the ladies' rooms. A quick background note: this festival draws hundreds, if not thousands of people every year - and I'd say that about 90% of them are women. That means that those ladies' rooms are in constant use all day! The ProClean staff was more than up to the task; they were both active and proactive all day long. Not once did I see any of them idling around or on their phones during worktime; they were keeping every stall perfectly clean and stocked with toilet paper. If a restroom was built so that people waiting in line couldn't see all the stalls, the ProClean staff let us know where a stall was now empty. This kept the lines moving at a brisk pace and kept all the attendees very appreciative of how well the ProClean people kept on top of every detail. Anyone who's ever been to any event (and all of us have!) knows how easily neglected restrooms can become unusably filthy and poorly stocked (no toilet paper, towels or soap) - and just how disgusting and even dangerous that is. At this event, we didn't have to worry about that for a second. The ladies' rooms were all as clean and well stocked at the end of the day as they were at the beginning - and that was all thanks to the excellent ProClean staff on the job at Dutchess County Sheep and Wool!
