I called Patricia I think on a Wednesday. My clients are moving in that Saturday. So I needed somebody very quickly to go in there on a Friday and clean a 2,500+ square foot house. Fortunately, Patricia was able to accommodate me. I don't represent buyers very often. I usually like to give them a gift. It's usually a home warranty and the gift basket sometimes a specialty gift. No explanation, no apology, no checking to see if this was an OK time. They were just insisting that they were coming at this new time. I wasn't even going to be home at the time they were trying to come here, so it was a no-go. They proceeded to send me really bizarre texts that didn't make sense. Then they blocked me.
