It is time to give couple of minutes for my friends from CleanNGone. It sounds too much but I really feel them as friends. I am a landlord with 5 houses with students in Hachney and the company clean all of them. They are always on time. One of the houses in Clissold is a 5 bedroom house with two bathrooms and I`ve arranged Cleanngone to come once every week to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen and to hoover the staircase. They do that for 2 hours every week. Every spring they come for window cleaning and every summer I call them for a deep clean when students move out. You can`t imagine what a mess is then. Students are so unbeliavably careless that many times I`ve wandered if I really should continue with the business of being a landlord. I usually don`t have high expectations by Clean and Gone because when a student group move out I always think I have to buy a new sofa or a new fridge or paint the walls. But they always clean everything as it was knew. The other one is in Haggerston and is 3 bedroom house which is cleaned once monthly by Maria and is not much hours job because usually I have a good luck with tenants there. These students at the moment are so so tidy. But without Maria maintaining the cleanliness I doubt it would be the same. Another property I have is a studio flat in Dalston in which tenants change very often due to its small size. Almost every 6 months students come and go and leave s disaster after them. A lot of kitchen grease and fridge leaks. Another 3 bedroom flat I have is in Springfield and there I use the services of Clean and Gone once a month to maintain. In my 5 bedroom property in Woodbery Down Clean and Gone have been coming for 3 years once every couple of months and when students move out for summer. There I had many problems with lazy students and people who have no idea about living at all. They live like no human beings and the cleaners did really hard work many times. I clean my home by myself but sometimes I use Clean and Gone for Carpet Cleaning and Window Cleaning. They have seen so much dirt in my properties and never had complains. I have never had complains with customer service or with cleaners. A few years ago, I decided that my sofas were looking a bit weary and tired and that I'd have to replace them. I went out, bought all new furniture and was very happy. Now, you can imagine my annoyance to find a similar sort of problem setting in recently. I was complaining about this to a friend, who suggested that I try professional cleaners first, rather than just going straight out and buying new upholstery. So I went online for a bit of a check and, after looking around those companies in the area, there was one who seemed to really stand out. I was a bit suspicious of all the reviews, but at the same time, there seemed to be a genuine appreciation. I phoned them up and a warm voice greeted me. We had a short talk about how they were able to help and soon we had a whole package put together. The team were sent out to my place and worked very hard on all the sofas. There was one slight problem in that they missed a few of the sofas in the other room, but looking back, I did not mention these to the person over the phone. For me, they do a fantastic job every time I need that little bit of additional help with the cleaning around the home. I'm perfectly capable of handling the day to day chores, but when things get a little bit more intense, then I like to know that I can trust their experts to offer exactly what I need. In recent weeks, I had noticed that my upholstery was looking a bit tired and decided that this was definitely something they could help with. As ever when you call their offices, the people you talk to are bright and breezy, but still very professional. It's a nice touch and it's this sort of customer service that really stands out for me. Anyway, we chatted about how to best clean the upholstery and they laid out a fantastic approach which I was more than happy with. I'm not too up to date on the latest techniques or equipment or whatever, but I know that I can trust them to make a difference for me. On the day we had set up, I knew what time they would arrive and how much I would pay. The quote beforehand is nice, especially when it's so low. Anyway, they arrived on time, as per usual. They quickly got to work and, before I knew it, had identified the fabric, the right tools, and had gotten started on the job. One thing I will mention is that it took a little longer than we had expected. I think I must have left out some information on the phone and there was some unexpected issues. I recently moved into a new house and was rather disappointed in the state that the previous occupants had left the property. In particular, there were serious problems with the condition of the grouting in the bathroom and also with the heavily marked hard floors. I was too busy to deal with these issues myself at the time, so I did some internet searches to find a suitable professional cleaning agency. Customer reviews suggested that CleanNGone would be ideal for my needs. It took next to know time to arrange for them to come round to clean-up the tiles in my bathroom. I was able to carry on working in my office as the friendly and personable cleaner got down to work. When he had finished, he asked me to inspect his efforts. The grout had come up perfectly white and it made the whole room look so much cleaner and more pleasing to the eye. Happy with this first task, I again engaged the same firm to restore my hard floors. The representative arrived with all the right equipment and detergents to get the job done, but had a slight problem with a blown fuse in the plug of the floor polisher. This was quickly resolved and he went at it vigorously. Where the polisher was unable to get the marks completely out, the worker was happy to get on his hands and knees to scrub. The final result was outstanding. I will certainly call on CleanNGone next time I need the services of expert cleaners. read more

They always do such a good job at cleaning my home and I no longer see the point in trying to do it all by myself. Any time I need home cleaning, I hire this company. They don't charge over the odds and offer amazing discounts. And, even though I have hired them many times before, they still treat me like a brand new customer and always fulfil my every need. You can absolutely count on them for everything you need and they will not let you down. The last time the two cleaners I hired to clean my home wanted to charge me more than the original amount. Obviously I queried it but in the end it was just a simple misunderstanding. Their office staff thought I was also having a deep oven clean which wasn't the case. If there's one aspect of cleaning a house that I know is tough, it's the oven. Oven cleaning is just one of those things where I know I'll have to turn to professional help in order to do the best job. I've tried it myself, but I've no idea what I was doing so it just took so long and the results weren't that great. These days, I just use Clean N Gone. These guys have been fantastic for me and have been the real difference between a clean and a dirty oven in recent times. Every now and again, I'll be cooking and I'll notice that something's spilled or dripped. Over time, these little things build up. With my son away on holiday, I took this as an opportunity to give his room a proper clean out. I would be able to sort through his things and neaten them up myself, but the actual cleaning was another matter. I would require an expert cleaner who can tackle the mess I couldn't and so I called in Clean N Gone. I had heard about their reputation and was eager to see it for myself. I hired a cleaner to come to my address and was impressed with everything they did. They washed, wiped, vacuumed and more until my son's room was immaculate for the first time ever. What impressed me most was that the cleaner was able to work independently. I didn't need to be there to supervise or support, so I could sort my son's thing downstairs while the cleaning went on upstairs. Upon inspection of the room, there were no traces of dirt or dust anywhere, the windows shine completely, the floors lacked any bits, crumbs or hairs and the stains were gone. I was provided with an extensive cleaning service, with the only problem being that the stain remover they used left a strong small, but it faded within a few hours. I have recently moved to the UK in my new property in London which was a complete mess. I used CleanNgone for a really deep pretenancy clean. My kitchen had been decorated and the hob and oven were not looking brilliant so I opted to have the specially cleaned by the experts. I found this company on the internet and called. The customer service were friendly and made an appointment to go over what type of oven it was and gave me a price and a run down on how the clean would be done. Luckily they used eco friendly detergents and methods which pleased me. I booked an appointment and also a morning off work and waited. I was frustrated as they didn't appear at the 9 am start I had booked. Fortunately the office lady called to explain that the driver was stuck in the traffic. I was taught by my parents that wealthy people don`t do dirty jobs and I often deal with many different businesses for various services. I wanted some help at home in Enfield with the upholstery cleaning since the furniture has been looking a wee out of shape recently. Clean N Gone had great offers for furniture cleaning and I jumped at the opportunity to have a professional cleaner over as it would save me quite the effort. I booked the cleaner for a late visit, after I finished work. The maid who came was 15 min late, but that was because of all the traffic that came at the end of the workday, so it was to be expected. After she did arrived, she went and cleaned every piece of furniture in sight. All the upholstery was shining after she was done. She even cleaned a small area rug to compensate for being late - it was quite the service, I'm very happy that I went to them. I tried working with this company last week, and they are my fifth choice of a cleaning company. Maybe, my personal luck is not working properly at this time, but all the four previous companies caused me some huge problems - the first one spilt harsh chemical on my carpet that could not be removed now, and I'm still waiting for a compensation, the second one used a hard rubber to wipe an old drawer and I don't wanna talk about the scratches.. It had been a long week and I had absolutely no desire to do any domestic cleaning chores. I just skipped the whole Saturday and decided to hire professional cleaners on Sunday. Clean N Gone was available for the job - we did have to negotiate a bit since it was a weekend, but they had a team cleaners on standby for such occasions and they sent them over to help with the cleaning - do it themselves, rather. I loved the service provided to me by Clean N Gone and was amazed at how they managed to get my house in such a spotless condition! Without meaning to sound too big-headed, I have a pretty large house that accommodates me, my wife and my three kids, not to mention two dogs that bring god - knows- what into the house. I would like to recommend Clean N Gone for their excellent and inexpensive cleaning services. Around three weeks ago, three of their cleaners came to give my home a deep clean. I phoned them, to to see if they could help me in Catford and they said they could. I told them all the details of what I needed cleaning and they said they'd be up for the task. I hired them with a free quote and soon had several cleaning staff at my house Being able to book several people meant all the jobs went much faster. They vacuumed the carpet and rugs, saw to stains, wiped and polished, neatened things up and much more. They worked effortlessly to get my entire home clean in 2 hours. Even the bathroom and kitchen was not too difficult for them and they were able to give me expert results.
