Went in for a quick bite in my way to the DR. Two customers in the dining room so I assume they were open. Stood in front of the counter perusing the menu. Takes me forever to decide so if I say I had figured out what I wanted before any one came out you know it was a few minutes. As someone on the Mediterranean diet who eats very healthy, this is one of the saddest meals I've eaten in my life. The kitchen is salt-free. Not low sodium. NO SALT! All of the food is boiled frozen premade junk. Don't expect a single gram of healthy fat like olive oil- only boiled horrible vegetables like the kind you hated when you were a kid. Wow! Go somewhere else! Let's see there was one person working so she was in the back fixing another person's meal and wasn't able to take our order for almost 5min. Then after we placed our order another employee wandered in and helped to finish making our meals. One of the orders was wrong, the sweet potato fries were cold and soggy, and the food ranged from nothing special to not very good. I got 3 meals. the first meal was mandarins chicken over snow peas with a side of broccoli. Was the broccoli on the side supposed to be raw? idk no directions. 2nd meal was a spanish dish over tots. This is why I'm rating this place one star. I had the bean burger, which was SO dry that I could have probably died from it if it wasn't for my good friend water. And my mom got a buffalo chicken wrap and gave her canned slimy chicken. The workers weren't that nice but weren't that mean. But the place could have had better lighting and better clean tables. Love the meal plans! Did Factor for a year and lost a considerable amount of weight. I was nervous about changing meal plans but this place is just as good and almost half the price. Their meals also contain way less sodium than factor. I wanted to leave a review in case other people are considering changing from factor to here. read more
