I was happy enough with his work to hire him of some additional work as the roof job was wrapping up.

From beginning to end, Robin communicated with us about what was happening and what we could expect. When you renovate, everyone warns you of two things: taking more time and spending more money. Beehive told us what to expect, and came in on time and under(!) budget on our project. We are so happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a convenient, reliable contractor to work with. Thank you Beehive!

From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation we had and turned what could have been a stressful experience into an exciting, seamless transofrmaion. The quality of the work was outstanding. Every finish0from flooring and trim to the newly built staircase, is flawless. They showed great care for every detail, and it shows in the final results. Even the whole neighborhood would stop to comment on how beautifully executed the addition is. Not only is it a great home, but the finishes are higher end than the last home I was in as well. We had a one year warranty for our last home and that one year could not cover all that was wrong with the house. Cheap builders selling cheap homes that look nice. My neighbors entire home could have been rebuilt with the amount of problems that came with it and dangerous problems at that. This home we have now is perfect. We couldn't be happier with it and we could not find another home during our search that checked all of the boxes we were looking for in our price range. Dave is an amazing person. A genuinely good soul and someone that cares. He was with us every step of the way and kept us updated on everything. He asked our personal opinions on things and we got to know him as a person. I see him out around town now and feel lucky to have met him. He's very caring, kind and values your time. We had one freak problem happen that the plumber himself said was a fault of his own and it was done within the hour we messaged Dave about it. We feel comfortable and confident living in our new home. Again, I wish this one star review was not there because it very poorly reflects this business. I would recommend Dave to anyone and honestly have. I have nothing but good things to say. I have talked to people around town about him and they all say the same thing- that he is a genuinely good person and a really great builder. Even when the plumbers for that one problem were leaving our home I asked their opinion and asked if they were called back to these homes often. They said they've never come across a problem in one of these builds and that they really respect him as a builder. That was reassuring and just confirmed everything that I had believed already. I highly recommend Lakefront Builders and will back them up anytime. Thank you again Dave!!! So nice to have met you- we thank you for everything.

The bathroom was redesigned by Ryan based on my needs for a walk in shower and moving laundry from the basement to the first floor. This was a 1980's outdated bathroom. Ryan put a comprehensive price proposal together that included contingency expenses I would need to cover. This remodel took approximately 4 weeks. And no surprises related to cost based on the proposal. All the tile work, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and finish work was completed by highly skilled professionals. All showed up when they said they were coming and were very respectful of my time and living space. The work area was always clean at the end of the day. I am recommending Bonefide Builders, LLC/Ryan to friends and family. It was a job well done!

Their work ethics, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. Everything was addressed and handled with amazing craftsmanship down to the tiniest of details. The crew he had working here (David and Isaiah) were some of the nicest guys we have ever met and were extremely professional. Honestly, my wife kept checking on them because they were so quite while working in the house. They were very informative and made sure to keep us in the loop as to what was going on at the completion of each day. Another great thing about Ryan's team is that it does not just stop with his employees. Each subcontractor he had selected (Electrician, Plumber, and Drywaller) were just as professional and excellent at what they do. You can tell Ryan takes pride in his work, his team, and his sub-contractors. If you are looking for a remodel, you do not need to look any further. You find the right company!
