I forwarded the email with her confirming my time and address, and she didn't have anything to say. I received an email saying she forgot to put me in the schedule. I will not be calling this company again.

She was persistent and attentive, she came to assess the condo so she can provide me with an estimate. She was accommodating with my schedule too which was fantastic for an 8-5 person like myself. Her team did a great job. I have hardwood floors and it was spotless and no any marks whatsoever. They scrubbed the toilet and washroom hard which was sooo good. Moreover, they cleaned the drawers too, no crummies - success! After the cleaning, her team stayed and waited for me to review the work. They were friendly and patient to explain to me what they did and man they did a great job (I have super white sinks). I will use Katie on a regular basis : )

They took $30 off my total charge, but still paying $105 for the inconvenience of having to clean myself, especially given that our home doesn't have enough space or belongings (it's an Air BnB) to justify the cost is brutal. Other things were missed like cleaning the exterior of the kitchen cabinets, inside of drawers, dusting of certain areas. Very disappointing. When I followed up on the service, I never even received an apology.

Since I'm not familiar with the area I decided to go on Yelp and see if they had any home cleaning services available ASAP. After searching through numerous house cleaning/cleaners I quickly gave Toronto's Best Cleaning Services a call. They were able to make the same day appointment! After we welcomed them into the Airbnb, my friends and I stepped out for brunch. I didn't really talk to the cleaners that much but they seemed very friendly and professional. By the time we came back it was spotless! It went from a messy house to the same clean house we arrived in! Even the scent they left was very refreshing and just smelled lovely! I would definitely use them again if I move to Toronto or recommend them to anyone who had a fun weekend like we did!

The kitchen counter was wet and garbage was left behind, the bed wasn't made, nothing was tidy. Things were wiped down in a rush. The person also came in with NO mask and No gloves..... I paid for nada and definitely wouldn't recommend this company. Very concerning! I will also talk to my building about these false promotions. Please save your money or go elsewhere.
